I bought this jeans in store, went in yesterday with a concern that the fabric is pilling. the store associate said she couldn’t find my purchase in last 180 days ? when i mentioned about the concern was told manager was on a phone and was asked to wait which was appox 15-20 minutes, after the manger came she said unfortunately she cannot accept any return/ exchange since they no longer have jeans exchange program. … if u are reading this; please Seriously consider my review before buying this poor quality jeans. I contacted online customer service they immediately provided purchase date 1/9/2025(KanCan™ Curvy High Rise Dark Skinny Jean ).

I went into the shop today looking for a dress for my daughter. I approached the older looking sales lady, asked her for help and told her what we were looking for. I received a blank look, with a point. She said “what we have is over there” and she turned away. Blatant rudeness.
I used to love Maurices because I could always count on the employees to help me find what I was looking for. I was really disappointed at the level of service I failed to receive this afternoon. I will not be returning.

Will never shop here again. Ridiculous having to pay a shipping label after coming all the way here for a return? Ok! Manager short with glasses was very rude save your time on coming here for whatever reason. She is the worst person I have ever met I don’t know how this people can still work here. After seeing all the review seems like we are talking about very rude people. I would never shop here again.

The quality of the clothing is absolute trash and you’re absolutely better off shopping at Walmart or Target. I’ve visited this store twice and both times I encountered extremely rude employees. The manager who is this very tall, heavier set woman, obviously does not treat her employees very well. Managers always set the tone for the rest of the staff. Save yourself the trip!

Not a friendly group here , wouldn't let my 5 year old son , with bladder issues use their restroom. I worked at Dressbarn and Chicos for years , we didn't have a restroom for public , but we were smart and kind enough to know , when you gotta go , you gotta go . And we would escort the person that was soo grateful , they would shop and spend more money. I had to leave and couldn't spend my money, and with this customer experience I won't be shopping there again . I know stores have policies, but you can be polite and help a mom that just wants to shop.
