The manager at this store is extremely rude, I believe his name was Denis. When I was checking out he asked me 3 times about getting a credit card after I repeatedly said no. He tried manipulating me with his words into applying for the card. Then continues to be rude after declining so many times. Bad customer service and horrible attitude.

Worst experience I ever had in a retail store. Thanks to Dennis, I was told the store mgr. I checked out and he asked me twice if I'd like to get an Old Navy card, I declined and said I dont need or want one. However, when he finished ringing me up he just had to ask again and add hes trying to save me 32.00. I told him to stop, I said No and that's it. He had to reply again and said he wants to save the customer money. I told him customer service is to respect and stop badgering a customer. He didnt give me gift receipts when I requested because he was too busy worrying about probably getting a spiff off a credit card. I will only shop on line as this guy was horrible.

This store literally is never stocked at all. I don’t understand why this location is so different than the others. If I want to be able to find clothes in my size, I have to go somewhere else. Just so annoying.
