Had trouble finding the right paint color, and unfortunately my first attempt today didn't turn out as expected. I called the store, and they encouraged me to come back so they could adjust the color by adding more pigmentation.

He took the time to compare and understand what I am looking for, made the necessary adjustments, and helped me achieve the perfect color I was looking for. When I was having an issue he took the initiative to follow up and give me a phone call. He was extremely helpful and polite. Even when talking on the phone you can tell he is smiling. I am a returning customer for a couple reasons: 1) their paint is high-quality, and 2) I have had great experiences with the team that works here. There are usually coupons or specials going on and you can find them online on the Sherwin Williams websites. If you're shopping for paint, and there isn't a sale that day, just wait a few days because they typically have a 30% sale that pops up every month.”

Good morning! I’m reaching out to you to give your Sherwin Williams Carol Stream location some AMAZING praise! I visit this store often because you we’ve been doing a lot of home renovations. Your employee Doug most recently went above and beyond to help with our color selection for our living room as well as our custom color for our kitchen. He is so kind and friendly. He asked if I need help right away which rarely happens in home improvement stores, especially being a female. He was very positive and eager to deliver an amazing customer experience. I was greeted when I walked into the store and thanked when I left. Doug truly did amazing job at me as well as the customers in the store, feel at home and at ease.
I also wanted to point out the assistant manager Melissa. She is ALWAYS so kind when I visit the store. She is laid back while still maintaining a positive, professional, demeanor. She is always very helpful as well.”
