I had a great experience at PetSmart! They had everything I needed for my pet, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant shopping trip, and I left feeling satisfied with my purchases. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my Dog here for many years. I called today and spoke to Janice the shop Manager and she was very standoffish. She groomed my dog the last two times but, we perferred to use Yeni. She said that Yeni would not groomd our dog because we were late one day. I always call if I am unning late and one time they didn't even contact me to pick up my dog and the Store Manager gave me the grooming at no charge. If Janice is indeed the MANAGER of the grooming department, I think they should reconsider her. She was very rude over the phone and I was very dissatified with her mannerism. And since when do groomers deny your dog. I pay and I tip!

I always bring my dog in for bath and brush which includes teeth brush and nail trim and for some reason they never trim his nails or brush his teeth because they’re scared but when Christine worked there she never had a problem.. they don’t even give you a discount they just say “sorry I couldn’t do it” aren’t they professionals?

Grooming answered right away and was able to take my little dog in so quickly to get his nails trimmed also sprayed him with some nice smelling cologne. They were so sweet. All the employees here are always so nice as well. Definitely will come again. I usually just take my dog to Petco but they wouldn’t answer at all so I might just start coming here instead.

The grooming salon is disconnected with their customers. They have no problems speaking to you in front of others with any concerns they might have instead of speaking to you privately. when you speak to them about it, they seem to not care and are very much unapologetic for what they've said, and how they've said it. I spoke to the salon manager about the groomer and the problem I had as well as I spoke to the assistant store manager about the same problem. all they seem to do is look in your history and whatever problems they've had with you that's all they address and pretty much back each other up. They've made me feel uncomfortable, leaving my fur baby with them.

Colleen (groomer) was terrible!! Wow what an unprofessional person! Made our dog look like a clown, worst groomer!!!! Very unprofessional!!! She was laughing in my face as my daughter was crying. Made every excuse in the book why she didn’t finish her job. Our dog is the sweetest mini doodle, and because she pooped in the cage she decides she will not groom her and suggested training!?!. Her attitude is so bad! She is the one that needs a lot of training!!! Horrible!!! I’m still in complete disbelief in what she did to our dog?

If you have a pet, or you are looking for a new pet, PetSmart is a good place to go. They seem to have just about everything you need. They have food, supplies, toys, cages, carriers, etc., for just about every type of pet you might have.

Big box store. You can find almost anything your looking for when it comes to your Pet. Wish staff was a little more accesible and knowledgeable. It is Pet friendly.
