I had very good time at storage public. One girl name jazmin was very much helpful to me ever since my English not so good. Very much value and very sweet woman make easy for me. 10/10 good store.

This is the best public storage facility I have ever used! The staff is incredibly friendly, and I feel completely safe keeping my belongings in my unit. If I have any questions Jasmine is the best person to ask. I definitely recommend using this location.

Jasmine did an absolutely WONDERFUL job with us handling an overdue account not letting us in AND saving us (and a guy in a black Tesla behind me) from an IRATE CRAZY LADY screaming at both of us to pull to the side because **SHE** had to get in! WONDERFUL at conflict resolution with everyone involved!!! Not to mention coming over to replace a bulb (LED BTW) and sweep up squirrel debris. YES 5 STARS!!!

My experience was a pleasant one. Frank the representative was really nice, he was patient with me and explained the whole process and the advantages of getting a storage space and most important getting insurance to cover my items.

I have been using this storage unit for a long time and it is second to none. The staff drive around non stop ensuring all of your belongings are safe and secure. Not to mention how friendly and helpful they all are, especially Frank he saw me working and ran and gave me his own Gatorade. Couldn’t be happier wouldn’t recommend anywhere else

I have rented three different units here over the last five years, and have always been pleased with the cleanliness and safety of the facilities, and prompt service. Greatly increasing my satisfaction with this facility is a manager named Frank. To call him helpful, personable, and informative is an understatement. Thank you, Frank, for taking the effort of always walking miles arpund the facility each day ensuring its tidiness and security. Nuts-and-bolts security is evident here. But the added feeling of comfort, knowing that a guy like Frank is always covering the grounds, and adding that priceless human element of security, makes this place a standout among storage facilities. Frank, thanks again for your friendliness and help, and thank you, Public Storage, for showing keen judgment in hiring this man.
