Been meaning to write a review for awhile. My unit flooded. The furniture my dad built for me was destroyed, it was worth at least $10k, and some furniture my husband had stored was also destroyed. In total we got $1k for all of our stuff. I am still heartbroken by what happened. One of the employees told me that the company knew that area of storage units had a flooding issue, and also gave me a heads up that their insurance is laughable in these situations. The employees are nice but this company is awful. Buyer beware.

Walk into the Public Storage facility at 130 Hillcrest Blvd., in Schaumburg, Illinois, and if you are lucky enough to meet Jasmine, then you are guaranteed a top-notch humanistic level of service.She is kind, open-minded, and ready to assist you with your storage needs.
