A nice clean location. First time here today and everything was organized and we found some really great finds at really great prices. This location was about 30 mins from us and it was worth the drive. The employees were restocking new items. The only flaw about this place was the bathrooms. You have to walk down this really creepy long hallway. The bathrooms were dirty and gave a scary vibe.

Even though they had works moving around the store was not very organized. But I was able to find something there that I needed but was not expecting to find it there.

Manager Karen should learn her own store return policy, and teach her employees correctly!
Telling me that the return policy that corporate previously told me was wrong and that they didn't know what they were talking about. Being a manager, you can't click some buttons and complete or override prices on a return?! You think corporate doesn't know their own store policy and that you are right??
I went to another Ross right after and got it done!
**** Go to the Ross on Meacham~ the store manager there actually KNOWS how to solve "problems."

WORST POSSIBLE location. NOTHING is organized (IE petites in regular (yet hung on a "L" hanger in Womens XL or Womens L & pretty much ANY size you may look for in the wrong section AND on hangers saying petites or other not correct sizes throughout the entire store for clothing. It would take an entire day just to actually find the right size in the correct department and even on the correct hanger..SUPER frustrating. Many (not all) but most employees do not care, Manager "Kendy" demands everyone to be out the door 10min before even closing hours. WORST ever & DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They have very nice things but the service leaves a lot to say, Maria the cashier practically yelled at me that she doesn't speak English and made me throw away my change. A very rude woman if you are Latino

This is a clean location with friendly (but sparse) staff. The issue is that it always seems to be rather empty with less stock than other locations. With TJM and HG next door (which has everything you need and want plus more), Ross pales in comparison. Also, you need to be careful with damaged items.

No issues in or out. Late holiday hours close at 11:30 on Christmas eve. Make sure to ask the staff how are their day and be patient.
