This is a clean location with friendly (but sparse) staff. The issue is that it always seems to be rather empty with less stock than other locations. With TJM and HG next door (which has everything you need and want plus more), Ross pales in comparison. Also, you need to be careful with damaged items.

No issues in or out. Late holiday hours close at 11:30 on Christmas eve. Make sure to ask the staff how are their day and be patient.

Always messy, and store seems empty. I never find anything nice. They get a start only because I often buy good art supplies here, mainly canvases for a great price.
