This location is fairly clean and selection is plenty. The staff are nice and reasonable! The prices aren't as bad as others. For example, Savers in Orland park is priced higher than this location.
This Savers in Schaumburg is always busy when I go. I always find something.
Lines on Monday go super fast because they are very efficient. They put out new stuff every day from what I notice by coming throughout the week.

Prices are RIDICULOUS tell me why a small bag of used nail polish was 8 dollars.. and why are the jeans on the hangers like that?? I have to lift the whole hanger up to see the size/brand because for whatever reason the jeans are hung sideways. And why were the dressing rooms removed? Maybe I'm too used to going to Goodwill where they actually have dressing rooms but it's hard to decide what to buy when you don't even know if it fits you. I've just tried on 4 shirts I got from here and none of them are my size thanks to this stupid store for removing the changing room. The size on the label isn't always completely accurate and even if it says it's your size it could end up looking too big or too small. Clothes prices should be lowered as well, if I wanted clothes for this much I would've went to Walmart. These are second hand clothes that usually have stains or holes in them, it's definitely not worth more than $4. Lastly I don't think there's a way for the store to fix this (at least not that I know of) but I feel like it needs mentioning because it was EXTREMELY annoying: the hangers are very loud and squeaky anytime someone moves them, now imagine a whole store full of people moving the hangers back and fourth across the racks. I wanted to leave so bad just from that. 1 star, store name is ironic.

This Savers in particular has an i overpricing issue. I went to 2 other locations and I was blown away the other location’s fair pricing and quality of merchandise. This location seems to put a high price tag on just about anything they get donated to them. Full of junk. Lower your prices.

Very happy with the selection at Savers. Always a treasure to be found. Supervisor Mel is super nice and helpful. Thanks Savers!

Great selection of items, but very bad service from the workers! Workers are way to nosey of what you are buying.

I love savers but keep myself from going because of the man that works there (I believe it’s the same one others are complaining about). He’s hovered over my daughter while she’s looking at toys. Hovered over us while we were checking out and then demanded to see inside my personal bag as well as the chest I was buying. He took something I was going to purchase and insisted it was priced wrong (It was toddler boots that were $4) and switched the price to $13. He also accused me of switching the tags ?. Left my wallet in the car accidentally so I had my s/o run to get it for me, and this dude stood by me and my things the entire wait like I was gonna book out the door with some thrifted shirts and shoes… I rarely go to this location anymore and when I do, I panic a little honestly lol.

They don’t have fitting rooms.. You can exchange/ return within 7 days. If I can’t try something on at the store, I’m not buying it.

First time at this store. Had to laugh out loud at some of the overpriced items - like anyone would pay $$$ for a small glass candle holder, filled with an old melted candle? Don't they want to get rid of this stuff?? I put items back that I would have bought if they were more reasonably priced. I also had some clothes I wanted to buy - but they don't have fitting rooms and you can only exchange, not return, if they don't fit. (And what's with the weird way they hang the jeans on hangers...I have never seen that before...super annoying to try to hold them up to see how they might fit when they are clipped on the hanger sideways.) I walked out empty handed and won't be back.

Prices are absurd, not worth it. I think they don't realize they're selling used things

Bad customer service the guy took one of my items and said its not the right price when I literally just grabbed it from the racks? And said they cant sell it to me… its a thrift store its not that serious either its not like they “bought” all the clothes to resell.
