I can’t thank Dave and the team enough. I told him what I was looking for and he made exactly the right suggestion. I think we were there for an entire Saturday and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He even told me what I shouldn’t buy. These guys really know their stuff. If you’re looking at high end or just beginning, they will guide you through it all. Great job guys!! Whether you're an audiophile or just casually interested in better audio, this spot offers an impressive selection. What stands out most is the exceptional in person customer service. The owners, Mike and Lee, possess a wealth of knowledge about audio equipments. Taking their advice, I purchased several items for my personal man cave, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The pros at Simply Stereo let me take my time when I bought my setup in 2021. In the ensuing years, they have been quick to answer questions I have had on my BluOS Powernode. If you want great products but better service, let this be your first stop for all of your audio needs.

Stellar experience at Simply Stereo! We were in the market for a new media console, and Salamander caught my husband's eye. He noticed that Simply Stereo was listed on Salamander's website as a premier dealer. He sent an email inquiring about coming in to see some items in person, and we headed there on Saturday afternoon. We were greeted right away by Dave, who was helping a customer carry something out to their car. When he came back in, he listened to what we were there for and showed us upstairs to one of the listening rooms. He patiently answered approximately five million questions from my husband and, as luck would have it, what they had on display almost exactly matched what we were looking for. They were able to to get fiddly with the details of what looking at side panel options and determining how the tv mount connects. It was a no brainer to make our purchase from Simply Stereo. The price was excellent and the customer service was top notch. From the email through purchase, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back in the future - I think a few speakers caught my husband's eye while we were wandering the store.

These guys treat me like I’m their only customer and based on the stellar equipment in their store I am on the lower end of what they sell.
They r extremely knowledgeable, friendly, have great customer service and r reasonably priced.I couldn’t b happier that these r my stereo guys.
I used to deal with another high end stereo store but I’m guessing I didn’t spend enough to get a phone call returned. This went on for three months before I switched to Simply Stereo.
So, if u have hi fidelity needs and want to feel happy and comfortable with your purchases - Simply Stereo is simply the best route to go.?

The owner could not have been nicer. I went in tonight to get a new cord for my subwoofer as my dog chewed my last one. He told me he could fix it quick if he had the correct end and he did! He told me he does not normally do repairs but did this for me anyway, and showed me how I could do it myself in the future and only charged me for the part! This kind of service does not happen anymore. No one does things for anyone unless it benefits them. Thank you sir.

Amazing owner, amazing customer service. I walked in for help, never been there in my life and was totally taken care. It was a blizzard and he was open. They have the best sound systems and amazing customer service!

I am having issues with audio system and I contacted Simply Stereo. Dave was very pleasant in explaining what could be wrong and what options I had to fix the problem. I would definitely do business with them and recommend to anyone that needs help with sound system.
