This T mobile was horrible. Was a Sprint customer there before the switch. When contract ran out decided to go w them. All wonders getting to go sign on the line for a 2 year plan w $800 credit per 2 phones I turned in. But then I never got the credits. And they wouldn't help me. Told me - leave your email and I'll look into when I can. And nothing. No response. Finally corporate gave me a 1600 credit , and the store wouldn't even respond to corporate. Horrible service

I would give this location a negative score if possible. Purchased a defective phone. Phone would not stay on. Store would not give me a new phone. Was told to call customer service to get a new phone. Customer service refused to send me a new phone. The rep suggested I pay off my less than 4 30 day phone and buy a new one.

I hate.I use sprint so now I do not have choice.This store working person was good servicesSo now little bit better than before.Anyway this store recommend it service.But look at the selling air vant so dry. So much back dust a lot. Looks like never cleaning before. So must mask needs

First off I have to say amazing customer service. I went in because my "old" phone started giving me problems. I knew what kind of phone I had in mind and I was able to get it. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman that helped me. He was paitent with me and gave me the time I needed without rushing me. If you need a phone and don't want to feel rushed I reccomend this location

I was so nervous going to this t-mobile store to have contents of my old phone transfered onto my new phone. REYNALDO put me at ease right away. Answered all my questions so I could understand. CLOUD came over, after his customer left, to see my new phone.They both have the same phone I did!After the switch was completed Rey went over some of things I needed to know about using my new Samsung.They told me not to hesitate coming back if I needed some help. I'm a senior & things don't always work the way I want them too. LOL.I would definitely recommend REYNALDO and CLOUD at this store. AND I already have a list of questions for them.I hope these 2 wonderful men never leave this location.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Unless purchasing a phone or other accessories, the customer doesn't get much attention. After waiting for 15 to 20 minutes, while associates were playing on their own phones during their down time, another customer came in and was immediately waited on in front of me. I simply had an issue with my phone that they could probably have fixed in less than 3 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes or so and finally had to leave. I haven't had this issue with other carriers/stores. Wondering if I should switch back to AT&T now, since their service has always been great and they go in order of when someone arrives. The store wasn't busy and I could have been serviced while the other clients were taking their time looking at phones which they didn't buy anyway.

Though a big store which looks nice, the staff did not know how to problem-solve. When faced with an account issue, they said they knew no one to call and could not fix the problem either. They lost my business. Would I go to this store again? Perhaps not as I don't want a situation where I get great products, but no one knows how to set up the account correctly and activate them.

I have been a t-mobile customer for almost 20 years. Ran in to an issue with my dads galaxy phone and came across this location, decided to stop by and to my surprise the process was much smoother than expected. Ended up trading my old phone for a new galaxy A32 5G. Much nicer upgrade for pretty much free. I was helped by Cloud, nice guy who gave me quick options to resolve my issue. Great location, awesome service. There was another girl behind the counter dealing with some difficult customers. She was very sweet and patient, wish I got her name too. I worked retail for 15 years so much respect to both of them and I’ll be going back now that I know they’re so close to where I live. Much recommended if you’re looking to spend just enough time to get your money’s worth. Cheers!.

My wife and I stopped in today to upgrade our iPhones. The Gentleman that helped us by the name of “Cloud” was extremely friendly and knowledgeable . We will definitely be life Long customers if we continue to receive customer service like this!!! Thanks Cloud!!! P.S. Love the music you were playing today!!!

Certainly did help with my issue with a phone that I had to go through 3 different T-MOBILE stores which they couldn't resolve and the took the time to configure it out and manage to get service certainly a good place for those who still have Sprint.

No greeting when you walk in. You just pretty much stand there without so much as a word from the reps. I only stopped at this location because it was on my way home after leaving work. Next time, I'll just go to the nicer one near my house.
