You have missed two service appointments with no way to contact a human being. You keep rescheduling my appointment and no one shows up. Why can't a human being call or email me about what is going on?

Very shabby service for my side by side Kenmore refrigerator that cold water stop in February. The technician came out 3 times within the 180 days to address the same non-flowing of cold water. To get the problem fix I must pay another $100.
