Rahi (I believe that was his name), a young man, helped me over the weekend and provided absolutely wonderful customer service. What a polite and kind young man! You don’t often see such outstanding service from the younger generation, but he was exceptional. A true 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be stopping by this location from now on!

Darsh and Raj and the other staff members are fantastic to handle all my needs. I have known them for many years since they took over from the previous owners. It is a pleasure to have my business mailbox in their store. They are very helpful and always very friendly.

Waste of time. I again repeat waste of time and money. I had a really disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The staff member I dealt with was unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping customers. He was short with me, didn’t explain the charges clearly, and made the entire process more stressful than it needed to be. On top of that, I was surprised to be charged for every little thing — things that are usually complimentary or at least explained beforehand at other locations. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I suggest others look elsewhere if they want better customer service and transparency.

Horrible. Wouldnt accept a return without a box even though Amazon said no box needed. No english either. Put words in my mouth, then charged me for a free label. Never going back
