WARNING! Extremely poor service!
My package has been marked as “Delivered” for OVER 3 WEEKS — and I NEVER received anything!
I checked everywhere: mailbox, neighbors, leasing office — NOTHING.
I tried to contact this post office MULTIPLE TIMES — no one answers, no one helps.
This is theft or total negligence — either way, it’s UNACCEPTABLE.
I have filed a complaint and will escalate this further.
USPS, DO YOUR JOB! This is people’s time, money, and property you’re playing with!

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any post office. The person assisting me was shockingly rude and had very negative attitude.

Now I understand why people give this place bad reviews. Went to drop off some packages, mind you, I'm from another state (not to mention, it's my first time coming here) and I needed a little bit of tape to seal my packages and the lady at the desk had me purchase one instead of being nice enough to seal it for me. On top of that, she was rude about it. If you're not happy with your job, don't make others miserable just because you are. Will never be visiting this place again!

Most of time small size gift regular mail came broken seal and stolen item. Item price not big amount but problem is stolen. Not good to do that we have trusted to usps. I want to give -5 star.

Very rude black lady cashier. When I walked in she was busy with other Coustmer but she started yelling me we can’t not take it we can’t not take it it is over 70 pounds…how do you know package is over 70 pound…I said relax it in 19 kg then I was standing on line she called who standing behind me I said I m in line…I said I wan talk to mangers…after 5-10 minutes manager come out she is worst manager the way she talk to customers she need training or fire her…I told her what wrong with your black lady cashier she don’t like me why she is doing rude behavior with me without listening she told me she is nice. Very bad customer service I will never go again

A rude person who is serving in the mornings came to bring an order, which has already happened to me twice. She has not wanted to deliver my order, for which she says that she needs a new ID with another address. I do not have to give her a new ID if I have lived in that place for more than 5 years and she does not even take the time to let me show her my papers that arrive at my address with my name. It is very bad to do that, which I do not agree with what is done like that. I am disappointed. She is just a person.

Whoever is the supervisor at this location needs to be fired. She’s a terrible person and has terrible customer service. She couldn’t help me with a simple task. We recently moved to Hoffman and we haven’t received none of our mail even though it says it’s being delivered but we haven’t received nothing! I showed her proof of our mail being delivered with our current address on it but somehow she is saying that we have to contact our old post office for whatever reason. When it clearly shows our new address on the mail that said it’s delivered. They’re completely useless. We still haven’t received any of our bills, mortgage documents, packages, NOTHING! The most useless supervisor I’ve ever met.

Left my debit card at this location. Called before they closed and they had it.Told them I would pick it up in the morning. Show up and learned that they shredded it. Now im assisting in making their Google reviews consistent..
