How have they not scanned a package that was dropped off in their dropbox ON location a week ago?! I hope it updates as this is a package to a customer. Being a small business owner is hard when the post office does not do their job.

Jessica was FABULOUSLY helpful. I was worried about shipping a flute and she was so calm and quick to help me with a smile and patience explaining the different shipping options. If all postal workers were positive/cheerful/ready and helpful like her- so many people would find themselves walking out with a smile each time they went to USPS.? ???? 5 stars, because this is the best service I’ve ever received at any USPS.I don’t remember names easily, so I went back in to see her name tag as she helped someone else in line. I hope her boss knows what an asset she is to their facility- she had a warm welcome for everyone who passed through the door, as the sole front desk employee this Friday afternoon.THANK YOU TREMENDOUSLY JESSICA, for helping me get a package ? on its way to NJ. ?? I’m so delighted I went to this post office today! ?

The package was stolen at the post office and the package was worth $3000! back at the end of January 2023, I received a notification that my parcel had arrived at the post office and was handed over to the postman for delivery, but then it turned out that the postman did not deliver it and Onishchenko seemed to have been lost, I filed a complaint and the parcel was wanted, but they told me we couldn’t find it and they sent me far away very much, I am upset about crime and inaction

Self service kiosk is easy to use. Line moves fast when I have to speak to someone (if there is a line at all)

I order from a great online vendor and finally forked over the cash for expedited shipping, just for this facility to mess it up with the weird inconsistency of it's shipping. I'd heard about how it happens but never personally had an issue myself, until this time.I wanted my item at the speed it said it was going to be delivered.This isn't even on the company I ordered from. I paid for priority shipping and your office let it sit from the 13th to the 18th! I understand the weekend but there were 3 other business days, it shouldn't just barely be reaching the first distribution center!

Jessica T. is a superstar employee here. She helped me with an overweight box and brought it to my car with me once we realized it was overweight. She gave me helpful tips on how to pack my boxes and what the cost differences are between FedEx/UPS and the USPS. She and her supervisor were both friendly and helpful for me and were giving great customer service although the afternoon was stressful. I was really pleased with my service. Historically, I haven't had great experiences at this post office but the last few times I've gone I've received consistent service which is why I'm leaving this review. Jessica T. was a new employee for me as well (hadn't met her before) so she gets a shout out for being A+.

Whenever I drop of the packages to this usps post office, they never got scanned!! I do not know why they skip scanning packages. I am really sick of it. Please do your work properly!!

LOST MY PACKAGE!!!!!!!!! I came to them three times, the first time they said I had to wait, the second time the manager said we sent it to Carol Stream il usps distribution center and when I came the third time I was told or wait too long, they gave me a phone number, but of course no one there answers!!!!! To say that I am very disappointed is to say nothing, terrible service and attitude to work and parcels ????????????????????????????

Excellent customer service, the lady with spectacles was super friendly and greeted way better than any USPS locations that I’ve been so far!

It is my favorite Usps. Finally, all lights are working properly and parking lot is fixed. I missed retired Korean, Indian, Italian and other clerks. There is less diversity now. As you can see from the photos, it cleanliness, decor, and taste are not perfect.

I drove up to the outside mailbox the other day and they taped it shut i had to drive back all the way to the Schaumburg post office in Schaumburg IL 5 miles away after work to get my mail sent. Why even have a post office there if they don't let us use it.

All my packages more than 15 packages was send back to the sender without even knocking at my door .. they only excuse I’m getting WAS VACANT NOBODY TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE I work at home I’m always at home I’m disappointed with USPS they really need to do something with this I don’t know if it only happens here on Jamestown Cir cause I really never get any packages I’m very disappointed
