This location has very good customer service! Eric was very friendly and made sure that we understood everything that was going on and made the experience of switching to Verizon very easy and as smooth as possible. I'm very happy with our choice of switching over companies as well as choosing the Hoffman location. Definitely recommend this location!

I went into the store because I left my Samsung phone at one of the stores in the shopping center and couldn't find it. Not only did a wonderful employee, Brandon, I think, take the time to show me how to find it, but drove across the parking lot to make sure I had it. He saw that the phone was moving and wanted to make sure it was in my possession. That's going above and beyond!

Maurice is the greatest! He helped my whole family get set up with new IPhones and I even was able to trade in my old Apple Watch and got a new Apple Watch SE!!!!! This store has always given us good service?

While everything didn't go well with their call center, the store manager Brandon took great care of us. He was absolutely focused on providing great customer service, and he did!!

Had to wait for an associate just to buy a charger 20 minutes before someone was free to help us. Took 7 minutes to make the purchase on a self service system.

I wanted to trade my dads phone for a new one we didn’t want anything fancy just the basic equivalent of the phone he had right now. It had to be purchased online ok no problem. We were promised we didn’t have to pay anything ease enough we waited for the new phone and had to send the old one back. We sent the old on back got message 2 weeks later they couldn’t accept the phone because it was damaged from a side. Why was this not discussed at the store when they looked at his old phone?? Now I have a $300 increase in my phone bill because I have to pay for the new phone. Was given false information very disappointed since I loved the service they gave me before on previous phones purchased

Worst service bought 2 iPhone 14s and was told they will charge for $30 per phone to setup really? The Verizon in Elgin didn't charge me and these guys stood around doing nothing refused to wave the fee. I should change my plan this is ridiculous worst customer service I ended up driving back to Elgin and they didn't care to keep me.Worst people and horrible service they get paid to stand around

Kamal was clear and attentive the entire time. His product knowledge and confidence in recommending a deal for us was evident. He went as far as to specifically accommodate my mom, who is on our plan, but could not come into the store due to knee surgery. He was available via phone and text in the days after our purchase to answer questions as well.

I never really take the time to write good reviews but wow I can’t believe how amazing everyone at this location is. Thank you VIVIAN and the other manager with the nice tattoos and also the employee with a rose tattoo on their hand I didn’t get their names but I appreciate you all for helping me get my phone set up after it was such a struggle for me. You guys seriously rock, so glad I switched to Verizon <3

Coming back to Verizon for the service, network and price actually! Had issues with ID verification, went to store and Paris took care of it ASAP! I would actually come to Verizon for the service and network!

Last week I spent 30 min at that location and needed help with truck cameras. After 30 min when nobody knew what they were doing, I was told by a manager that I have to come today, 10/11/22 for a 9 am appointment and speak with a representative for the cameras. So I am on time for my app today and I was greeted by 2 Verizon employees who didn’t know and didn’t care that I had an appointment. They were very unprofessional and refused to help me. I just left. This is very bad customers service and I am shocked how I was treated after being a valued customer with 12 accounts for more than 10 years. Not cool Verizon. I’m very disappointed. It looks like no one knows that they are doing and no one wants to help me.
