My son began wearing glasses when he turned one. We visit this store due to proximity. I walked in and Maggie asked what I needed and I explained that my son has a new prescription and that he was already a customer.
I asked maggie if my son needed to come in and she said yes since he needed to be measured. Dad brought him in from the car and I went with my 3 yr to the bathroom.
We went back to the table and I noticed my son had gone #2 in his diaper. I went to change him and I saw Maggie as I went to the bathroom. I said I'm going to change him real quick. And she said "there is no linears" I replied that I had a bag. After I changed him, I threw the bag in the garbage bin. Well, apparently Maggie didn't like that because within 5 minutes of me coming out of the bathroom she walked out and threw out the garbage outside. Mind you, there was no garbage besides the diaper and 2 paper towels. IN THOSE 3-4 MINUTES SHE TOOK TO TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE SHE COULD OF BEEN MEASURING MY SON FOR HIS GLASSES.
We processed to wait another 15 minutes before she asked if we were ready. I asked for what? She never communicated what we were waiting for, this entire time I was under the impression that we were waiting for him to be measured for the glasses. She didn't even answer my question and I explained this is my first time dealing with updating a prescription and she turned to her coworker and said can you help them? And just passed me on since apparently she couldn't help me.
At one point her coworker also asked what we were waiting for. We sat for 20-25 minutes with no communication of what was happening next and without Maggie sitting down with us to provide customer service.
This is my second experience with Maggie and both have not been pleasant. We would love to go back because it's closest location for us, but after today would rather seek another location or request for another employee other than MAGGIE.

Appointment was at 1pm. And by the time we walked in it was 1:04pm. We were not greeted but rather scolded for being late and told we had missed half the appointment since they are only 15 minutes long. My daughter struggled to fit her face into the right position to take an eye photo. Instead of helping her the lady kept rushing us and scolding her. My daughter started to cry so we just left. If you hate your job this much and don't like kids you shouldn't work here.

I GO HERE LOT'S OF GLASSES TO CHOOSE FROM NICE BRANDS EYE DOCTOR SEEMS TO FAST I FEEL LIKE I'M NOT GETTING A GOOD EYE EXAM THE BIG PROBLEM IS THEY CANT GET MY . BIFOCAL IN THE RIGHT PLACE I KEPT BRINGING THEM BACK OVER AND OVER IT SO FUSSTRATING I NEED AN EYE EXAM BAD BUT JUST BEEN HOLDING OFF JUST HATE GOING THROUGH IT ALL THE TIME AND GETTING MY EYES W THE RIGHT EXAM WOULD BE GREAT JUST ONCE WOULD BE GREAT AND TAKE YOUR TIME I UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY YOUR BUSY BUT W THE WRONG EYE EXAM IS NOT GOING TO HELP ME EITHER IM A PCT AT A HOSPITAL I NEED MY EYES TO WORK CORRECTLY!!!! AND BE A LITTLE NICER YOUR IN HEALTHCARE YOU SEE ALOT OF PATIENTS A DAY BESIDES THAT IT'S OK CLEAN SETTING ETC.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I stopped by today and the encounter I had with the lady at the front cashier desk really made me mad and unwelcomed. I was interested in purchasing contacts and going through the process but the lady at the front wouldn’t even tell me the price let alone give an estimate of what to expect. She kept rolling her eyes back and giving blatantly rude answers to questions being asked about pricing. She totally just wanted to rip me off once I finished my eye exam trying to charge me for contact lenses. I will totally never come back here especially for contact lenses. That lady is extremely rude and I normally don’t leave reviews let alone negative ones but she really got me upset. Due to her rude attitude I will never dare step foot in this location and I recommend others to go else where until they fix their attitudes and are more knowledgeable about pricing and helping browse options. I was the only one there and no one even helped me find anything I was looking for. Never again I wish I could give a 0 star.

Drove 30 mins for a appointment.... Showed up and said they cancelled all appointments. No one called me to cancel or anything could have not wasted time

This year will be my daughter's and my 2nd year coming to this visionworks, last year 2023 both my daughter and me got glasses, the receptionist name was Jessica and this other young man i forgot his name but they where both so nice and very helpful with giving me prices on glasses and how much my insurance covered, and Dr. Jennifer Fromberg is so awesome I love her very helpful, explains everything, listens to you, answers all your questions and very kind person Dr. Fromberg. I WENT YESTERDAY 10/30/2024 THERES A NEW RECEPTIONIST I DIDN'T GET HER NAME BUT I WILL WHEN I GO PICK UP MY CONTACT LENS, BUT LET ME TELL YOU SUPER RUDE LADY, TO BE HONEST I FELT THAT SHE WAS BEING RUDE TO ME BECAUSE I'M NOT WHITE, 2 OTHER LADYS CAME THAT WHERE WHITE AND SHE TOOK CARE OF THEM 1ST BEFORE ME I WAS THERE WAY BEFORE THEM, I WAS WAITING TO PAY. WHEN MY TURN CAME TO ORDER MY CONTACTS SHE WAS SPEAKING TO ME RUDE ROLLING HER EYES WHEN I ASKED HER HOW WOULD IT BE, SHE WAS JUST RUDE! ME BEING IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY FOR 20 YEARS, YOU CAN'T ACT RUDE TO CUSTOMERS NO MATTWR WHAT. THAT IS YOUR JOB IF YOU DONT LIKE IT OR CAN'T DEAL WITH DIFFERENT RACES THAN YOU SHOULDN'T BE WORKING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR. Fromberg WAS AWESOME 👌. I WILL BE GOING BACK ONLY BECAUSE OF DR. FROMBERG! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s for the Doctor.

I was informed by the staff that they don't accept TRICARE insurance for an eye exam, and they claimed that no Visionworks location accepts TRICARE. This was surprising because I had already booked an appointment at another Visionworks outlet, where they confirmed that they do accept TRICARE Prime for an eye exam. It's disappointing that the staff provided incorrect information - it's crucial for them to be well-informed to avoid misleading customers.

Very poor customer service overall, they called me at 9 AM of the day of my appointment at 10:30 and didn’t even leave a voicemail and when I walked in, they said all we tried to call you. They were rude and super unprofessional and the place they were in was very dirty would not recommend this place.

Pathetic lady who would not call you back and cannot resolve issues with insurers even though insurer agent asked her to call on provider line. They are not interested in your business. Don’t go here. Wasted my time.

I went there to get my eye checkup and also wanted to purchase glasses. The staff turned out to be indifferent and not helpful at all so I decided to just walk away with my prescription and not buy any glasses.

Easy. Just easy. Scheduling the appointment on my phone was easy. The eye doctor was actually interested in what I said and gave great advice. The store associates were chill and let me pick out frames at my own speed. Staying with this store for the foreseeable future.

they made a mistake with my glasses and the manager ended up charging me $25 extra to fix it. i had already paid over $1000 for the glasses in the first place. seriously $1000 for 2 pairs of glasses and the manager wouldn’t even absorb $25 to fix the mistake!! very unfair and poor customer service . money grab first and customer service second.
