Super sketchy service.. they don't care who is waiting in line because they serve anyone they want and not in any order.. no common sense 4 sure.. choose any other pharmacy in the area if you want to get a prescription in minutes and not in 1 hour. Really bad service

Count your meds before you leave the store!!!! I don’t know if the pharmacy is just over worked or what- but they tried to give me 30 of of the 60 (controlled substance) medication- luckily I knew the rattle didn’t sound right.
Had to wait nearly 40 minutes for them to review their cameras.

Been there, done that, where's my T-shirt? :P This is right up the street from me, and they have a miniature golf place right behind it on Barrington Road, so that's pretty cool. I'm not really a Mickey D's dude anymore, that's also next door, so enjoy your drugs from Walgreens. The drugs will never cure you, but they'll keep you coming back again and again, because they never get to the CAUSE of your problem, which ALWAYS begins in the MIND.

This Walgreens on golf and Barrington road has to be THE worst pharmacy ever!!! It is ALWAYS backed up. They make you wait and wait for your medications over 24 hours and they are always behind. You are always waiting in long lines in drive through and in person at window only to be told “I’m sorry your px is not ready yet we are have been very busy” . We have been in waiting in drive through now since 17 mints for my son’s medication. Absolutely ridiculous! I am going to be write to corporate to file a complaint. This Walgreens needs to be looked at closely and managed much better . Horrible service ! Not sure who is in charge but they definitely need to monitor the customer service here . I am switching my pharmacy!

I don’t why these techs and pharmacists have zero compassion for their patients especially the elderly. They give zero reasons in why they Feel like doing something and then just leaving you on hold so you get sick holding and hang up! So sad! I called 4 times and got hung up on all four times.

I called for my prescription and I was on hold for 40 minutes nobody bothered to answer my call until I got tired and hunger. I didn't have my medication yet with i sent orders for week now. The last time I told to the pharmacist, she was rude.

Thank you, Goodness, for making my pharmacy experience happy & smooth. Goodness is the pharmacist that helped me today and she went up and Beyond for me & my daughter. Her spirit is just like her name, Goodness! She reminded me that even when times are tough, it’s ok to smile. She is a beautiful person and cares for all of her patients that she helps in the drive-thru. We need more employees at Walgreens like her. Thank you.

Jada was absolutely wonderful and pleasant when I called. Yes, I had to wait for some time but as we know Walgreens gets super busy and I can’t imagine the stress the staff undertake trying to meet everyone’s needs, but when I finally got connected- Jada was pleasant and super helpful. Thank you for all the wonderful staff that work long hours at the pharmacy and don’t let customers ruin their customer service. You all are truly appreciated and I believe everyone should have patience with these healthcare workers.

Bushra was extremely helpful. She had a lot of patience to make sure I downloaded Walgreens app and how to use a coupon code. She really cared and was very professional. A great employee.Thank you!

Horrible horrible experience with the pharmacist KATHY my husband refill in the morning this lady said should be ready
We call at 9 pm to make sure that it is ready because we have not received any notification saying g that it's ready so when I call the same lady KATHY she said that there is no refill of this medication for this patient I politely said that we have call in the morning to refill mind u that she is the same lady for the refill she said there is no prescription I told her ok you can refill it now and then she said call your insurance and hang up the call seriously she is not supposed to be a pharmacist who play with the patient prescription
I call back again she saw the nu
Number and was not answer my call 45 min I have the screen shot of my duration then finally another lady answer and she said your prescription is ready seriously
I don't know how kathy got this position very very rude

Tmoo-Tmu, not sure if I’m spelling her name right….but Ok ok ok, I must admit, yes I judged off the bad reviews, yes I was frustrated when calling because I waited over a hour for the phone to be answered and finally hung up and just went to the store When I got to the store yes it was empty but boy was she busy, she was in fact on the phone with a customer, had 1 in the drive through and then there was me. Once she handled the customers she had first she immediately helped me, she explained everything to me as what my baby need what prescriptions she could fill, how to take the meds, what she needed clarification on before filling and a time stamp on when she will have what I need ready. Tmu was very nice, very helpful and VERY under staffed. So give her grace, after all, we mostly all are coming from the ER and there are ALOT of us who need our prescription, she’s human.
I and 8/26/25, it’s 4am on a Monday night/Tuesday morning while I’m here.
