Stopped by the Walgreens drive-thru on Halloween to pick up a prescription and rang the bell. I waited, thinking the pharmacist or staff might just be busy, but she continued sitting at her computer without acknowledging me. After waiting about ten minutes, I rang the bell again and watched her look up and completely ignore it.
I finally parked and went inside, where only two people were being helped. The technician assisted me right away and apologized, which I appreciated. Still, it makes no sense to leave the drive-thru open if no one plans to answer it. It’s frustrating and poor customer service to make customers wait outside for nothing.

worst experience ever. i went thru the driver thru to drop off a prescription and obtain my item, but the pharmacist on duty had no idea how to look up my benefits through my insurance card. they kept asking me for another card. i drove home and found out that i gave them everything they needed. they kept my prescription and now i have to go back another trip to deal with incompetent staff. worst experience ever.

Why bother calling when you don't transfer after saying Pharmacy.
Then I'm on Hold for 10 minutes or more.
I know everyone should get a Break, but don't shut the Pharmacy down.

Be prepared to wait 30 to 40 minutes in you’re going to the pharmacy. Maybe a shortage of staff idk but I would go somewhere else.

Out of all the people that experienced horrible wait times for the convincing refill and such? You all have to understand that this location is the most popular and most used store. There will be a wait. You all are not the only customers that need filled prescriptions. There is nothing more to add to why your shopping experiences are miserable. If everyone comes here? It will not be a faster customer service experience. Period!

Very bad pharmacy ,I am still waiting for my medicine for the last 25 minutes ,always the same ,very bad place ,take a advice and go somewhere else I am looking for other pharmacys .

This is the best Walgreens location I have ever been to. Lisa and Kristen the pharmacists are the most caring, empathetic, and genuine to Your care and needs. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. The entire staff is amazing. Kristel has always answered all my questions and has a heart of gold. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. This location no matter how busy they get, they will always make sure You are taken care of. I have been a patient of theirs for many years and speaking from experience. There are many time where they get busy and short staff but not their fault. It is the company’s fault for not recognizing that this location is growing and needs more help. I appreciate everyone working there. Even Mary who does an amazing job making sure that all the products are available and most current with prices. I have gone to other Walgreens locations and this one is definitely the best. Their Store Manager is very understanding to Your wants and needs. This location deserves exceptional recognition.

No idea what has transpired with the pharmacy staff here, however lately my experiences have been very negative. To start, the techs are 50/50 on attitude and knowledge. I was sick and my mother went to get Sudafed with pseudoephedrine (even texted her the correct one to get). The tech instructed her to get the one in the aisle, with phenylephrine, wrong item requested. I returned that night to get the correct medication, and the tech didn’t even know what it was nor the fact that it was right behind her beyond the counter.
They (techs) have shown impatience with me attempting to get a flavor added to my daughters medication and were unwilling to give adequate syringes for such medication. (Liquid medicine).
Last night I picked up my daughters medication (every month I do) and the tech forgot to complete filling the bottle, rendering it useless last night. Today, and one upset baby later, I go in to have it filled properly and was met by the manager telling me they could give me bonus reward points for my trouble. I DON’T WANT THE REWARD POINTS, I want professional and knowledgeable staff handling my family’s medication. We will be switching to a different pharmacy. Only good thing, the actual pharmacist is nice and knowledgeable, just wish the rest were.

Pharmacy tech was disrespectful and provided incorrect information regarding my prescription. They then proceeded to mix up my medical providers, lost a prescription order, and placed a random prescription request with another random provider. High levels of incompetence at this location lately.

HORRIBLE customer service! Who ever is working on 3/8/25 at 9:30 has horrible customer service experience. They keep placing me on hold and hanging up after calling 3 times!!!
