This location is severely under staffed!!
I can't blame workers however definitely blame Manager who oversees this location!!
This is no small business this is multi million business that are racking up millions of dollars but cannot hire people!!

This store has a lot of things that you may need. The employees are always friendly and treat me politely. The pharmacy is available if you need prescriptions 24 hours and the people that work in the pharmacy are always so nice and polite. Thank you.

waited over 30 min in drive thru, yes 30...last 2 times i was there...i'm done...apparently you are too, i just signed up for amazon pharmacy, all meds delivered for free, 5$/a month flat fee.

Store is understaffed and the ones that are there are slow, I've never had a problem with the pharmacy and always had a pleasant experience with the people that work in there

Online pickup orders are always done within minutes of being placed, even during Christmas time. The workers are so quick, efficient, and nice. I appreciate the online pickup service.

Very unprofessional especially the call center that seems to have wfh employees with horrible internet connections making for irritating phone calls. This location has minimal staff and you will wait a long time for your order (if they even have in stock) I've been waiting for approx. 1 month at least and they cannot provide me any information on the status. Yet Walmart can fill the prescription. Save yourself the effort and just go to the Walmart 1 mile down the road

Worst Walgreens to go ever! Three breaks every 8 hours.
Got a call medication is ready. Went there after 20minutes wait, said, not ready come back after lunch break. Loose your turn andd go back in line to stand another half an hour to an hour. Kids is sick need medication badly. I am going to complain corporate about this irresponsible updates.

Recently, Walgreens had changed their policy on filling medications from filling at the store to a central-fill policy. That means the store forwards the prescription to a central location, like Carol Stream, where the prescription is filled, then shipped to the local store for delivery.
This approach has resulted in multiple delays in getting my meds, even though they had my refill requirements on file.
This is due to poor management of inventory, and I recommend you STOP using Walgreens for your prescriptions!

Courteous and friendly staff (Mary at the register, and Claudia on the floors) were surprisingly cheerful during my early morning /late-nite visit.. Despite the grueling nature of overnight pharmacy work Sunil was very courteous and not ill-tempered . Just nice to know there are people like them out there working while Chicago is. mostly asleep. Could be Walgreens is more than ivy at the ballpark.
