I've been calling all day to talk to either a manager or pharmacy and the employees are just picking the phone up and hanging up. I have been using this Walgreens for 39 years. No longer the only reason I've stayed this long as because of Viki. Sorry I can't anymore as soon as I get thru in transferring my prescriptions and business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same

I wish I could give them 0 I see so many reviews the pharmacist are horrible horrible experience every time when ever my husband refill they say we didn’t receive your refill then he call doctor they say he already send to this location infact one time doctor showed me look I send it.then they said ohh insurance didn’t cover i mean seriously evry time insurance reject and next day they accept same medication.They are so horrible the girl roll her eyes and the consultant doctor snap on meThey pretend they are paying for our medicationHorrible people they diffently need another mangerVery rude with customer very very.

This Walgreens more modern than ones I've visited in other areas. Staff were nice.

Changing locations they told me I couldn’t get my much needed medicine because their card machine is down and if I don’t have cash I can’t pick it up. Awful customer service I’ll never be back.

Absolutely horrible service at the pharmacy at this location, every single time! Whether you go inside or the drive-thru it's a minimum of waiting 20+ minutes! I have been sitting in the Drive-Thru for 23 minutes now and only two cars have gone through! It's like this 99% of the time when you come here. Worst Pharmacy ever!! Definitely time to switch to a new Pharmacy!

Very bad experience with this location. Long wait with no check and balance, updates from staff. Very poor customer service and the pharmacist. They need better manager and communication to manage the pharmacy during rush hours.

We had 5:45 appointment and we were there before 15minute which they had asked for , still they are telling us that we have to wait for the tuRn ? Seems like they want one time customer only cuz after this experience with them I or people who me won’t be coming at Walgreens!!! Thank you for the grand customer experience which we had received:(

Walgreens never has the prescription done on time. Plan on going thru the drive thru at least twice. They also all these rules and need to call the doctor even though he wrote a prescription.

I don't even remember the cashier's name but she made me cry as soon as I got to my car. Her attitude was poor, and when she asked if I wanted to redeem my rewards money I said yes. I needed to put in a zipcode but both zipcodes did not work, keep in mind she was already impatient. She asked for my name and it turns out the name was under my grandpa's, and I would always do his walgreens info for him before he passed. She then told me I could not redeem my cash because "I am a different person than him", and I am "not allowed to use someone elses info". I then reassured her that is my grandpa, to which she kept saying no, and then I asked "even if he is dead?" And she rolled her eyes and said "well yeah". She then did not even put the receipt in my bag, she just sort of threw the receipt on top of the counter. Such poor customer service and attitude. It is not even about the money I could have redeemed, it is more so her attitude and disrespect towards the situation.

Was having issues confirming an old zip code that I was living at years ago when my grandparents were still alive. I mentioned that my grandfather died and I would need to change the info and the cashier rolled her eyes....

Got an appointment for the second Coved Shot at 8pm. Came 15 min earlier: “Sorry, maam, we cannot accept you before your time appointment.” Waited. Was there at 8:00 sharp. Aaand they made me wait for 30 minutes still ! Considering that I was the only one there. Perfect.

Horrible service. Jazmin was rude. Photo department was SLOW and provides inaccurate completion times . Don’t waste your time with this location.

Horrible customer service told to be here at 730 for COVID vaccine no pharmacist in sight she decided to take a late break so still waiting by the way her break was supposed to be 645 to 715 I’m writing this at 745 it took me a lot to come here and get the shot now I’m Leary about getting it

Yesterday I went to the pool with my 9 year old. She was in the water and sun for a long time she got a rash in her leg which is so so painful she could not walk. So I think, my friendly Walgreens! I could go by the drive thru, not leave my kid alone in the car, and get a medication for the rash. We were waiting for a long time in the car line. Well I did not order online, not prescription, but THEY COULD NOT GET IT FOR YOU, MAM, AT THE WINDOW, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE. I explained the situation but I got no sympathy, not a nice or kind response but a very mean one. Not cool Walgreens! So I went to Jewel Osco and I got it, nicer and cheaper. Maybe I should be going to this one.
