I “borrowed “ my Dads phone to write this, which is difficult without thumbs. My experience is nothing but exceptional with everyone. Dr Summerville (I call her Doc) and all the staff are amazing and so good with me. I love all the staff cause they take great care of me and are so welcoming and friendly. Dad wishes his Doctor visits were this much fun. Love CASH

Very incompassionate people that work there the manager was extremely uncaring when my father passed away and my mother took over for for their dog. After a misunderstanding the manager then called my mom to tell her that they would no longer care for the dog I have never seen a more uncaring individual in my life. If you take your animals here understand that there is no compassion for the owner or empathy for life circumstances very sad and disappointed in this place.

The most amazing staff and veterinarians around! I have never been more comfortable with my pets in anyone else’s care. They are extremely understanding and care so deeply for every animal. I still remember the first time i brought my pitty Nala there five years ago who is super nervous with strangers and she kissed Dr Hoyt right away! And Dr Endebak is the absolute sweetest and so easy to talk to. They have helped so much with my Sadie with recurring aspiration pneumonia and i couldn’t be more grateful! Along with Perla and Franklin for their visits they just love them all! They don’t pressure you and let you know what’s needed and what isn’t completely necessary but is an option and i love that. I will always use them !

It's a shame that the clinic is not taking the "shelter in place MANDATE seriously and will not allow me to process an order from Chewy's for medication that my dog has been on frequently in the last years. I have been a loyal customer with two dogs being seen. Never going back. I am a caregiver for my 90 year old mother which I explained and pleaded with them to allow my order to be processed. I cannot risk coming to the clinic.as They obviously are not following the non-essential business order by the Governor. Very disappointed that they are only concerned with having people come in so they can charged with an office visit . Actually experienced up charges in the past such as unknowing having my 11 year old golden retriever given a 3 year rabies injection that I didn't agree to. You should be ashamed Animal Care Clinic.

The staff is caring, always provides any possible information about our pet's care, and the doctors are wonderful. Have had 5 dogs over the past 25 years and have taken every one of them to Animal Care Clinic. Would not go anywhere else, my dog actually LIKES going to the vet because of them.

My post from 16 months ago seems to have disappeared? Anyway, 16 months ago I brought my 14 year old Catahoula Leopard dog Sammi to Animal care clinic. We were immediately lead to an examination room and promptly saw DR. Mandy Hoyt who diagnosed Sammi with age related kidney and heart problems. She immediately placed Sammi on the appropriate medicines and Sammi improved greatly. Over the course of 16 months, visiting twice a week for treatment. Every person we encountered at animal care clinic Homer Glen, from the office staff, technicians and Drs.(mostly seeing Dr. Mandy Hoyt and Dr. Sagan Leasure ) provided my little girl with the absolute best medical treatment possible. Everyone was absolutely wonderful to her and genuinely grew to love Sammi. Sadly, because of her age, Sammi took a turn for the worst. which was inevitable. These things always seem to happen on the weekends. We contacted Dr. Hoyt who was on vacation, via a text message Sunday morning and she promptly returned our message with her advisements.( She was on vacation and could have easily ignored our text, but she didn't.) Dr. Hoyt was wonderful. Sammi was made comfortable and Dr. Sagan Leasure and one of the techs. (sorry I don't remember her name) arrived at our home Monday and compassionately treated Sammi. Sadly. Sammi passed away today, at home, comfortably, painlessly and swiftly with her pet parents and devoted vet. Dr. Leasure and her technician, comforting her at her side . DR. Leasure and her tech. went above and beyond the call of duty. They comforted us and respectfully removed our little girl for creamation with the greatest of care and dignity. I can only use superlatives in describing the level of care we received. Due to the superb care and the genuine interest they took in treating Sammi, along with many prayers, we were blessed to have her for16 more relatively good months. We will always be grateful for the kindness and level of professional care we received from these wonderful people.

I brought my dog here for a pedicure. They brought him back and he was gone for a while. They brought him back up and said he needs to see a doctor, he has a puncture wound on his leg. We wait almost an hour, they bring him back again, a few minutes later he comes back and the girl, not Dr, tells me he suffered a raccoon bite or some kind of bite. I'm shocked because my dog is either in the house or on a leash with myself or my husband, he's never outside by himself or around other animals. We leave with $150 bill with pain meds & antibiotics. My husband thinks they accidentally cut him during the pedicure. I think this also. He had zero injuries when we went in there, all the sudden he's bleeding and bit?! Wouldn't I notice blood on him in my car? I called to talk to a manger because he started vomiting from the meds (30 days of meds they put him on)and was told he got caught on a fence(we have no fence)or caught a stick in the yard(we have zero trees on our property). I was also told that they didn't do the pedicure until the second time which I do NOT believe. This place..never again. Horrible. Zero

I found this clinic on yelp. And have to say the reviews are right. I'm very picky with who is carrying for my cat.(zushee).and they ever so gentle and caring. And telling me everything that was going on with her(zushee) illness. They built my confidence immediately. The complete staff is awesome Thanks
