If i could give a zero star to this location I would, terrible customer service. Only one guy working there, they made a major mistake and wouldn't do anything to to credit my account or try and fix the sales mans mess up. No manager in this building, managers are impossible to get a hold of. Avoid this location to save yourself the time money and headache.

I purchased a new iPhone and when I received it I found it did not work. They told me to file an insurance claim or go to Apple. I went to Apple who told me this was a REFURBISHED PHONE and it could not be fixed! Beware of shady practices here.

AWFUL! Needed major help converting business account to family plan and Shirell refused to help us. Told us off three times in a matter of two minutes. We had to leave, this is a major task and lot of thought needs to be put into this decision. Shirell just wanted to go back to watching the TV and didn't want to be bothered by a whitey family.
