“Ashleigh was absolutely amazing. We called and corresponded for two days. She was able to locate an invoice that was almost two years old, warranty out and replace a bad battery, and provided beyond superb customer service. I am so grateful for her skill, ease of engagement, and knowledge. I was well taken care of and she made a very stressful and what could have been expensive experience extremely easy and cost nothing!!! Come through O’ Reilly!!!”
“I had to return a faulty hub assembly and after speaking with Adrian the store manager it was handled right away and I was refunded the cost of the faulty part and am happy and will be buying at this location again. Thank you again Adrian”
“There are at least 3 Auto Parts stores within minutes. My choice is O’Reilly 7928 W 159th St Orland Park . They are professional, helpful, willing to go that extra , taking time and stay positive and friendly. Thank you Sebastian”
“Huge shoutout to Carlos at Hickory Hills! location I was working on my car and he went completely above and beyond to help me out. He make sure every single part fit correctly before I left. Not only was his customer service top-tier, but he also noticed how much care I put into my vehicle and surprised me with a really nice car gift. It’s rare to find service this dedicated anymore. Five stars all around for Carlos and this O'Reilly store!”
“Went here they gave me a replacement battery with dual terminals for a better price than a basic battery replacement, also traded my core for a lil more money off”
“Super friendly and found what I needed. Since the tool wasn’t in stock, they showed me the nearest O’Reilly store where I could get it. Great experience.”
“David and Roberto is the most suitable person to manage this place. They saved it from the previous ruin and mistreatment by the staff at this branch. David Ribeiro is the most appropriate person for this place.”
“Heater went out on my truck I got here before closing time. They still took the time to check out my truck and were able to fix it. Turns out it was just a fuse. Thanks for the good honest work.”

“Grace (Gracine Swinford) the assistant store manager was extremely helpful. I was in a bind and she came through. She was very patient and helpful when helping me get the part I needed. O’Reilly’s is always my first stop for car parts because of people like her.”
