Couldn't find a listing for the branch in Naperville, so posting here. The one I visited is on Washington Street near Trader Joe's. I needed to do some banking. The old fashioned kind where you need to speak with an actual person, not an ATM. I popped into Busey and was greeted by a teller named Karyn Ross. She was awesome! Helped me with what I needed (thanks again Karyn!) and then gave me a gentle sales pitch about their bank. It's a new Midwest bank, and it felt very much like the kind of place you'd get good service like we did before the mega banks took over. Unfortunately we are moving out of state, otherwise Busey would have had a new customer! I recommend them!

Molly was my contact for my investment property, she was polite and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

Greatest bank in the world, most polite and caring girls in this bank. I had another local bank for 22 years then tried them out. I have my mortgage, my business checking, my personal checking, my savings, my line of credit, everthing. Best of all if there is a problem, its all local not corporate.

***IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITHDRAW YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY*** The people at the location were fairly nice but management seems to be in another reality and haven't heard of this thing called "e-commerce". Maybe they don't realize the internet has been around for 20+ years? I even offered to come in and explain it to them, for free, but I think I scared them by trying to explain this new fangled thing called "the internet". If you sell something - such as crafts on the side DO NOT USE THIS BANK. THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT. I was told that their customers only use their accounts to "pay bills". Which is such a lie it's not even funny - you are trying to convince me that NONE of your customers use it to buy/sell on ebay or do any other online activities?
