“This a fun and delightful ice cream/candy store that harkens back to the 40s, 50s, and 60s when such places were more abundant.
The two staffers that were behind the counter when I walked in were friendly, polite, and answered the few questions I had before I started making my decisions regarding what ice cream delight I was in the mood for.
I will absolutely be going back to Beanie's the next time I'm down in Lockport.”

“Best toffee ever! So fresh and never sticks to your teeth! Absolutely worth the wait and drive! Any negative reviews are due to not being able to get their hands on some. “I have been coming here since the old owners owned it. The new owners have owned it for 18 years. I went there last night, and the owners daughter and another associate Kim, were working. It was Kim’s first night. She was awesome. So friendly. Kudos to Kim. The owners daughter was so kind. Was very patient with Kim being her first day. I recommend this place especially if you don’t want to drive to Indiana for a candy store in bulk. Thanks for sticking around all these years.”
