Always long lines bad management lady manager older lady rude and makes up her own store policy’s regarding returns other stores aren’t like this at all. The one on Lagrange is way better with customer service and has more stock. Staff on floor are iffy depends on who’s working some are nice some are rude. I try to avoid this store unless I have to. Last time I was here there was a huge line and the manager was eating and drinking at the register this was during the holidays!

Always seems to have a long line, with 1 cashier. If someone is .getting balloons forget about it, at some point when are you going to call for help. Kathy and young guy with black hair are great, the others. Not so much... I thought when they got their extra quarter they would fill the selves, sadly, they are always out of something. Never shop here if your in a hurry. I dread coming in here, can literally feel my beard growing it takes so long to check out of here.
