I trust the workers at this location, but not at many other Firestone locations that I've used in the past, particularly on Archer near Central Ave. in Chicago. Frank, the Assistant Manager in Homer Glen is always very kind and helpful. He explains everything and doesn't make me feel like I'm being upcharged or persuaded to have unnecessary work done. (On this visit though, grease was left all over inside of my driver's door by technician, which I felt was very careless. I did not see it until pulling away.)

The staff was great. Courteous and helpful. The lead was very good in interaction with my fleet company about what needed work done and getting it authorized.

I had a totally dead battery on a Sunday afternoon. I was supposed to pick up a friend having the same issue. He was at the Homer Glen Firestone. Went into my garage and nothing. I called my friend. He asked the service person what they thought. My vehicle is an older model Mercedes. Batteries are located under the seat. So he suggested I call my roadside service for a jump then drive there to replace it.
Had my vehicle jumped and got there right away.
Within 1 hour or so of arriving my new battery was installed! I did discuss a few other future services. This was a blessing since I don’t have another vehicle and limited options for rides.
I want to say how thrilled I was with not only the prompt professional service I received here but especially to thank Frank Glass. He explained things to me patiently and assured me I would be back on the road soon. I would not hesitate to refer this location to my family and friends based on the great service I received today.

Terrible service advisor. Tried to get 2 cars aligned 3 times. First time was walk in and they declined me and said it was too hot outside and the techs called off. Second time they told me I couldn't wait and needed to schedule an appointment. So I called and scheduled it for a Saturday morning 8am. I told them i will wait for first vehicle and then drop off the second. I showed up Saturday and they told me that I need to leave the first car because it will be done at some point in the day and they have 30 cars from the week that need to be finished before my alignment. Terrible service advisor. What is the point of scheduling the appointment as a waiter if I get denied when I show up.

I took my car in for an Alignment reassessment. Frank (Mgr) and his Veteran Mechanic did a great job inspecting and explaining things. I'll definitely take my car here for future work.

I came to them on one of the coldest days of the year and still took the time to listen to me. They took me the day I walked in, gave the military discount, and told me about the rebate online. I was impressed that they were able to fix my car and return it the day of. I will recommend this place and return.
