Not sure what the point of having clip notes is a hairstylist can't fall away. Sometimes you get a really good haircut there sometimes you don't. Lastly it was Colleen don't really think she knew what she was doing.

I brought my little brother in for a haircut. He gets very nervous about haircuts from previous experiences. He had an amazing experience with Derek and can’t wait to go back for his next haircut. Derek was very friendly and paid attention to detail. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Went in for a hair cut since the app showed 0 wait time, there were 4 stylists standing around when I arrived. My hair was washed and I asked the lady if she could blow dry it and she said no, that I would have to book an appointment. I said but it's not busy and she insisted that I needed an appointment and basically rushed me out. I looked at the appointment screen and there was only 1 person, even if she had said they requested me but someone else can take care of you. She made me feel like I was wasting her time.... I'm not sure if she thought I was asking for a free service, didn't know how to blow dry or that I was unaware of the screen that I was looking at only had 1 client. Is this is true, the walk in sign should say "limited services". I'm a manager in the beauty industry and I would've never allowed an employee to behave this way nor deny them of upgrading/adding services if not busy. Next time I'll drive to the Lemont location. The worst part is how I felt leaving there....

I cant do it anymore the last new girl or whoever I got was just awful like rough, grabbing my ear and head to adjust awkwardly and with pressure. What a girl normally does in 5-8 mins was not Comparable with 20 mins…..she was rude and I will not be back.

Extremely unprofessional manager. Talking down and acting rude toward customers and yelling at employees infront of customers. Can’t believe the owner lets this slide. Absolutely unacceptable in my book.
