I ordered a 10 piece fried chicken through Uber eats. I took a picture of the chicken was so old and dry. I am so disappointed they didn't give me a refund Uber eats so that's cool. The employees that gave me this chicken should be fired. It's that dry and old. and they advertise hot and fresh. Unbelievable again I would fire to ladies.

This store had a good selection of shoes which I liked a lot. Not only that but I like how easy you can find things in the grocery section. That's what makes the service great here.

The staff at this Deli are the best. I love this store. Fresh deli meats and top of the line cheeses. If you shop the sales you will save $$. I even found my favorite Heini's brand cheese. Their pepper Colby jack cheese is yummy.

They terminated me for taking off to help my mother who is pregnant and needed me to cover for her job that I also work part time we take care of an elderly couple that needs daily care and is a split shift. She cannot work that well going into labor just because her water hasn't broke doesn't mean it's not painful and I feel like it was a very non-understanding and passive aggressive environment I was scared to call off because of their reactions while I was throwing up so I went in anyway and threw up at work also employees are very unorganized at times and purposely do the bare minimum I also let them know well before hand the baby would be coming any point in time and I'd need the two weeks off

Self checkout. Young kid was extremely nosey in my business of what I was purchasing. He wanted to scan my items before I was going to, which irritated me. Like F off man, if I need you I'll come up to you. Made my girlfriend feel like a dumbass, just because she scanned the wrong barcode doesn't mean you can boast about it. If I see him next time I'm in, I will say something to him, this time in the attitude he had today with us.

I am always happy when a store offers curbside pickup so decided to give Meijer a try...no issues with online shopping. I was instructed to text a number once I arrived with name and parking # which I did, waited about te minutes before I called to let then know no one was coming out. They eventually came out after about 20 mins which defeats the purpose of me wanting to get it done quicker. I will say everyone was very nice and friendly and once she came out, my order was reviewed and substitutions and out of stock items were noted

This store is always so helpful. I purchased a small piece of furniture and the person from customer service helped me put it in the cart and paying for it. Another worker helped me get the piece in my car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks.

Don't bother ordering popular, fast-moving items from them -- they won't be there at your assigned pickup time. When you order an item online, they don't reduce their inventory in the system and set the item aside. It's a completely worthless ordering system -- not how it's supposed to work. Get your act together, Meijer.

I come here and shop every Tuesday and Thursday at Meijer in Homer Glen for my parents.. Always have had a good experience, until today. Cashier was very rude! Caitlyn H does not need to be working with the public! Ho hello no thank you also rolled her wyes when I said I had 2 orders. But after being rude then when all the groceries were bagged and i was still paying...I had to pay for stamps on a 3rd order because I forgot...my fault. She stood there and waited to ring up the next customer until I FINISHED AND PUT ALL MY GROCERIES in my cart... she couldn't even help me put one bag in my cart!?!? Not only did she waste company time.... but my time, and the next customers time? You never know who you're going to wait on because I had 3 back surgeries and I really didn't appreciate putting 10 bags of groceries in my cart????!! Jewel is right across the street!!!

This is for the online delivery service that they provide. I spent an hour shopping online and then another hour going back and forth with the "shopper" about what items were not available and what they can replace it with. The shopper was great and notified me every step of the way. However, once it came time to process my order she was not able to. She tried calling the service line and after that I receive a call from them saying that my order has been cancelled. They would not provide me with any explanation what so ever. I was going to just pick up the order, but I had many frozen items that were probably melted so I decided to not even waste my time. When I called Meijers customer support, they too were unhelpful and not able to give me any explanation as to why my order was canceled. I'm completely disappointed in Meijers's customer service and the entire experience . I have been a long time customer of Meijers, but will no longer be shopping there. My time has been wasted and this has also caused me unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
