My experience with Parker Self Storage was excellent. Prices were fair, communication started rough but improved over time. Lot is clean and everything is up to date. 24 access is great as well. Give them a try.

I love Parker storage they are the best in town. No mention Dan!!!! Dan is the man !!! he always very helpful and understanding and goes over and beyond. We need more people like Dan. Dan makes a difference everyday and he helps everyone!!! I wish there was more Parker storages with Dan managing them. I would recommend this place to anyone any day!! They have reasonable rates and you can access the facility without any restrictions. Kudos to Parker Stroage and to Dan for always being the same going over and beyond

My experience with Parker Self Storage started fine: The sign up was very simple. The access to the unit was clearly explained, and the pricing was very fair. Unfortunately, they never communicated a rate increase to me, and charged me over $40 a month for late fees, and didn't bother attempting to contact me for four months when the fees had totaled over $100. I explained my case to Dennis, but they would only reduce the fees by $20. They are at best not organized, or at worst using a fraudulent business model. I would not recommend using them without calling every few months to make sure you aren't being over-charged.
