Worst cashier ever at this location. Tabitha’s attitude was disgusting. She was totally put out waiting on me.
When I told her my number want working for my points…. Her reply was I don’t any control over that. She definitely needs to stay at home and not work with people.

First they dont answer the phone and second of all they have ignorant and lazy people working.my son who is over the age of 18yrs old couldn't buy a lotto ticket today at around 6pm because the lady at the counter said that the law changed and now you have to be 21 yrs old to do so which is far from the truth she either was to lazy to do it or didn't now how and was no idea of the law.

I see my dude (Randy) got transferred out of Palos Heights...Found him here today. He said that him, his boss (Rob) and the other assistant (Deidre) were chosen to go help that store. Those three are some of the absolute best in the bizz. I've been a Shell customer for years. That guy Rob has been ALL over the place. From Chicago Ridge, to Palos Heights, to Palos Park, now Homer Glen. This location is a bit of a drive but with this team at the helm.. It's worth the drive.

Majority of the workers are cool but getting any of them on the phone canbe impossible and will continue to wring other times they will say hello and then hang up on you after asking one simple question. This has happened 6 times
