“I was in the store using the self service printer when I overheard a conversation between a customer and the Manager Sunni and employee Ethan. The customer was very rude and upset after deleting her own emails. She wanted someone to blame for her own doing. Manager Sunni and employee Ethan went above and beyond to help the customer to no avail. The customer at one point demanded to see Manager Sunni’s phone to browse her personal email! In the end Manager Sunni and employee Ethan did a phenomenal job at being professional. I always come to this location because I am always helped when needed and able to print documents with no issue. Thank you for all of your staff for being professional, helpful and kind.”

“let me just tell you, i would trust this ups store with my most expensive packages, specifically if jordan bartman is working. the other day i had to come in with my amazon return, and she took care of it in an exquisite manner. she gave it a massage, pampered it, then put it in a box with some luxury packing peanuts. she then reassured me that the package would make it safely, and that she would personally walk it to its destination so no harm would be done (it needed to be delivered to New York City). jordan is now attending my family’s thanksgiving due to all of the help she provides to me and my family with delivering our packages. if you ever need your package delivered, PLEASE go to this UPS store, you will not regret it!”

“I want everyone to know how grateful I am for the amazing service I received today from BEST transportation, specifically a great guy named Mariano. He delivered a stacked microwave/oven combo today that weighed a ton. I didn't order the item and had no idea it was set for curbside delivery. It was delivered to a loft building and I somehow needed to get the unit up to the second floor. The stairs are long, steep and have no middle landing. . .just straight up. Mariano realized it would be impossible for me to do this alone especially in a high traffic area. Without a moment of hesitation he said "I will help, Let me help." This guy literally with me only guiding the unit from the top lugged this ridiculously heavy item up the stairs. He was definitely winded after the trip up and im not sure how he did it. I'm very grateful for his help. Thank you very much Mariano. The Best service I've ever had. I hope you are rewarded for your great work. Your company should be proud to have you. I came in To have 3 shipping labels printed when my printer ran out of ink and he was incredibly intentive and informative and helped me with the best option that was super cheap! Way lower prices than the Post Office or UPS. Will definitely be using this place again for all of my printing needs in the future! Kory is an excellent employee!”

“I don't usually write reviews for stores like this, but I had a great experience. I brought in an Amazon return for my wife last Friday. The QR code on the label she printed was not scanning and I didn't have access to pull up her account on my phone.Was expecting to have to come back another day and try again, but the young lady working the counter used her phone to enlarge the QR code and scan from her phone's display. It worked and saved me a trip, so I'm very grateful for her resourcefulness and willingness to help. She could have just as easily handed me the package back and told me to come back with a larger print out.”
“I received my order as expected, in good condition and on the correct date. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I selected the 3pm-7pm time slot and they showed up at 8:30am. Luckily I was home so no big deal. I was weary about them after reading really bad reviews but I had a good experience.”

“First Leading Cargo was the third party moving company that delivered very expensive scientific incubators to the Biology Department at NIU. Josh and C.J. were among the most professional and efficient movers I have had the pleasure to work with. The incubators were specially secured to the pallets and they worked quickly and carefully to ensure no damage was done. I was very pleased with their high quality of service and as the Laboratory Manager I deal with many moving companies and delivery of expensive scientific equipment.”
