Finding a good mechanic is like finding gold. If you are lucky enough to live in this area, you won't find a more meticulous mechanic. I was just visiting his shop but I know his work because I've watched him on YouTube. If you have a Toyota or Lexus product he is a master technician for that brand.

Hands down the best shop, ran by one of the most honest and knowledgeable person (AMD). I have learned so much from his videos. I live in Arizona and was driving across the country. I made it a point to drive miles out of our path to meet him at his shop. Thankfully he was there and without him knowing about our arrival he took time out to provide an awesome tour for me, my wife and son.
Top-notch, I only wish I lived closer for my car care needs.

I was really excited going to TCCN today (February 24, 2025) to get my BeatSonic installed in my GX460. I made this appointment on January 7th, so I went there today after almost two months of waiting. I checked in at 12:50pm for 1:00pm appointment and was told it might take up to 3 hrs before it’s done. I said, ok, and asked about place to eat nearby so I don’t have to wait there. Fast forward two hours and a lunch later, at around 3:00pm I went in and saw my car still in the same spot I parked. I asked the front desk girl (believe her name is Meli) about the status of the car, she went in the garage, came a minute later and said “they’re working on it “. I was confused how they can work when the car is not even in. Asked for my keys, and when I went in the car the BeatSonic box (I provided the part) was not even opened let alone any work to have commenced. I went back in and asked Meli why they have not started working yet? She again went to the garage and this time she is coming with Ahmed. When I asked why two and a half hours later they haven’t started working on the car he just said, quote “ I’m sorry brother, we’re behind working on another customer car”. So, if you’re behind, why don’t you call me, text me, email me … and let me know? I drove over an hour, took the day off and they couldn’t bother call or text to reach out and explain the situation? Extremely unprofessional and rude. No respect for clients time. When I said I will be leaving (as I had another appointment later in the day) and stepped outside to make a phone call, Ahmed came after me saying “ I will take the car in now brother, you will be done by the end of day, 6:00pm). I declined to wait and left. Unfortunately, I will never going to go back at this shop regardless of their “good reviews “. To me they were disrespectful of my time, dishonest and unprofessional. To Ahmed, please do not respond with things like you offered to take the car in and promised to do the job by 6pm. I had this appointment for 2 months, dropped the car off on time for my 1:00pm service, was told it will take up to 3 hrs. For you to come and tell me “ brother, we were busy working on another customer car and are behind” is beyond unprofessional and I don’t want to do business with you and your shop.

The level of personal care and attention is unprecedented here. He never rushes me -- answers all of my questions. I always feel at home coming here. I will never step foot into a TOYOTA Service dealer again, I will only go here because he takes his time and truly cares about your car here. AMD is meticulous in his craft and this is why he constantly is booked up -- everyone who comes here knows what they're getting. AMD is immensely passionate in his knowledge and his repairs! I travel over 65 miles just to come here for service. I will never trust a dealership again. Thank you AMD for your love and care and may God Bless you and your repair shop for being an honest Master Mechanic, you are truly a GEM of a person!

I have been watching TCCN for a while now while working on my Toyota. If I am ever in the area I look forward to visiting this shop. Thinking of bringing my 2003 Toyota for a full inspection.

TCCN is a GOOD "OLD SCHOOL" HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY Auto Mechanic who knows and MASTERS the mechanism of Toyota, Lexus & Scion Vehicles. This type of auto repair/maintenance that actually find, fixes & prevents problems is hard to come by these days. He genuinely cares about the safety of your vehicle. I am CONFIDENT when I visit theirshop, that every part or service that I've paid for will be replaced or completed on my 4Runner and I won't have to bring it back over and over again for the same problem. Thank you AMD & the CCN Crew for your honesty and excellence.

I am a father who guided my daughter through her first car purchase. I couldn’t be happier that I also steered her towards TCCN! Ahmed is a GOAT. I share his love for the LS430 and currently drive a 2004 model with 72k. I am seriously thinking of driving from SW Florida to have his expertise keep my “baby” in tip top shape. I am jealous my daughter has had her 2004 ES330 Sport Design Edition cared for my my one and only influencer!

The BEST place to get your Toyota/Lexus service performed! Possibly, the BEST in the U.S.! Seriously.
I trust and feel much more confidence in Ahmed (owner) and his sharp team of employees, than I ever experienced at several Toyota dealerships across the U.S...
I drive almost 90 miles from Michigan to let them work on my vehicle and would definitely drive further if I had to!
Excellent experience and great work performed!

Ahmed and his TCCN family’s are your Toyota/Lexus saviors. Their impeccable work ethic, unwavering morals, and many other admirable qualities are the reasons why I started visiting Illinois to service my Lexus. Ahmed and his technicians are exceptionally humble, smart and provide a level of quality work that you’ll never find by any other shop OR even the dealership. Needless to say I have stop visiting my dealership and any other shops.
Meli, who is responsible for customer service, is equally impressive. Despite the overwhelming volume of customers seeking her assistance like 99% of the time, she consistently communicates with courtesy and respect. It’s clear that she cares about what she does and takes it very seriously 👍
I am from New York, and the drive alone to the shop is approximately 13 hours. However, their professionalism and kindness make the journey worthwhile. While I have a pet peeve to having other people touching my car, I trust them completely. Furthermore, this experience is probably the only time where I feel that my money was well spent.
This marks my second visit to the shop, and I am super impressed. God bless Ahmed and his team and family. I can’t wait to go back next year ❤️
Side Note: Their shop is super busy so please book at least one month in advance! I learned the hard way 😭

Had electrical issues and it was fixed promptly without charging me an arm or leg. Ahmed and team are awesome and I am certainly taking my car there next time as I know it is in good hands. The only drawback is the almost 2 month wait time.
