“Have been coming here for years. I have always been treated well and have had no issues with my car or my kids cars. Once, I was even given a quote for a repair and when I went to pick the car up, they said the part was actually cheaper and saved me $$. I don't think many garages would bother and just pocket the money. As a matter of fact, dropping my son's car off tomorrow for new tires. “Years ago I was a struggling single mom with a streak of bad luck. Went to Discount Tire with a blow out. The guy in there looked at my other tires, saw the child car seats, and walked me to my car to show me how unsafe the tires were. He told me he couldn't in good conscience allow me to leave without all new tires (especially that he noticed the car seats). He could see that I was distraught over this as I explained that I couldn't afford new tires. He took the time to find a decent set that were on super sale and had me back on the road for somewhere in the ballpark of $300 (Keep in mind that was years ago. I'm pretty sure you couldn't find a price like that these days. Lol). I'll never forget the compassion this place had for me and my situation. They earned a customer for life that day.
Just yesterday I went for an air fill (because yes, they have a drive up free service for this) and I asked the guy to look at one tire that consistently looses air over a few weeks time. Sure enough, there was a nail in it, in a bad spot that couldn't be repaired. A different guy at the counter also went to verify before saying it needed to be replaced vs repaired. Again, this happened while I'm having a streak of bad luck, so this was really not in my budget. They set me up with a reasonable, yet good set of tires in an hour. I also took advantage of the 0% financing signing up for their credit card. They explained tire care and services offered. Quite frankly it surprises me how many free services they offer, including tire rotation (that I used to pay for every time I did my oil changes). Yep, still a customer for life!”
