Great pricing but worst service. First and only time I’ll be coming here. Arrived on time for an appointment and was pretty much brushed off. Told to pick a color and then to go to the back where I stood waiting to figure out where to go next since the walk in customer was being given all the attention. I was seated and then waited with my feet soaking in hot water. Just plain old hot water, no bubbles or anything. About 10 minutes later someone came over and started the pedicure, barely spoke to me and didn’t even offer the pedicure menu. I only knew of the menu because it was offered to the walk in customer who was being treated very much like an actual person. She completed the bare bones of a pedicure and said to sit and let my toes dry for a while. Once I figured they were dry I paid cash and left. If you’re going to take a walk in customer over the on time appointment at least be professional and polite and treat all the customers as if they matter and aren’t a bother.

First and last time there. I live in the neighborhood and thought I had found the right place for my nails. Had to go back the next day for one nail and less than a week later, a have two more chipped nails. Girl who did my nails seemed annoyed.

Long overdue review. I have been coming here for years. I will only have Ken do both mani and pedi. He's awesome! Always aware, careful, kind and meticulous. I was a bit surprised seeing the rating Trend Nails received and it could be the person they had or some other experience. But overall I have always experienced a great amount of care. They are super clean with the tools, cleaning the foot baths and love the fact they don't reuse the pumice, stone or sponge. I do not like when places use the scrapper on have had issues in the past. It's why I'll never go anywhere else.

I went on a Sunday for a mani/pedi .. in and out within an hour. 24 hours later and my nails are peeling. Very dissatisfied for $58

More that 5 stars! Highly recommended!! I've been coming here for a long time as my previous reviews said it was 6 years ago. I highly recommend this nail salon!! I love Ken he always did a fantastic job with my no chip mani and pedicure. As you see he experimented this color on his nails too b4 he tried it on me. My daughters comes here too. The owner Sonic and other lady sorry I forgot her name are very good and kind to me. Very clean facility and I see them clean, vacuum their area if needed too.

I liked that it was quick for my basic pedicure! Got there at 5:35 (chose color by 5:40) for a 5:45 appt. Seated by 5:41! Could have left at 6:15 if I wanted to! My new place ! Keep it up Chris!
