No load, no tonu because of no tracking, broker will not let you know that you are not tracking nor you have any visibility over their tracking system so you are screwed at the end with no load and no tonu - classic garbage brokerage.

THE WORST BROKER EVER!! We booked loads with them several times, every single time, at 4pm CST, they canceled a load. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Carriers, avoid this broker at all cost. You will just end up with a truck with no load and no TONU either.

Booked a load with this outfit. Driver got to the shipper at 1pm for the straight through run same day and they told him that his load is scheduled to ship tomorrow at 10am. Called this outfit for 40 minutes could not get anyone on the phone to help us. You call their line to book a load and you get the answer right away however once you tell them that you have a problem with the load they transfer you immediately to the number that rings for 5 minutes and than hangs up on you or you get a voicemail. Sent multiple emails to the group of people on the chain e mail and no answer as well. Also No TONU pay on this as well. In short they are a mess.

One of the worst companies I ever worked for. Save yourself the trouble and find a different job. Woman driver managers who know nothing about driving a truck. Expect you to drive 5-6 hours with no bathroom stops, but if you pull off an exit or rest stop, you’ll get the safety dept after you and the manager threatening to write you up. No stopping to take your 30 min lunch, your to lie and say you took your lunch while you were switching trailers. The most ridiculous company ever. Road construction slow downs are your problem, but no permission to detour a different route. Not kidding you, worst job ever due to poor management. Trucks are unreliable, in 2 months switched trucks 4 times. Other drivers don’t do actual pre-trips. Tires off rims, low oil, panels falling off, maintenance in MN is great, but your get threatened to be written up if you stop to get your truck repaired. These 5 star reviews are all fake.

Wonderful place to work. I made a lot of money there.

This company is the worst, it's drivers drive like maniacs, I see them racing each other down Harlem Ave all the time, going more than 50mph on a 35mph city limit.

If I could put -5 stars I would. Worst broker to deal with. Only positive comments came from employees, probably forced too. Cutting rates for no reason, not paying loads at all - for NO REASON. Scammers and thieves.

Carriers beware. Don't take loads from this broker. They will just send you after a month revised RC, and they will pay you 70% of agreed rate. It's cheap and classic SCAM.

It must be wonderful to drive for a company that has trucks that don't need to slow down for slower city traffic and construction zones.. They may drive slower out in the open road.. but coming into Chicago on I-55 in the 55 zones and 45 mph construction zones, at 0230 on 7 October. That could keep up their highway speed up so their overall speed average would still be good. It might look good on paper. But in my opinion, failing to slow down, will catch up to drivers like that.

Been over two months and have not heard anything back. They keep reposting the same jobs and don’t get back to anyone who applies. We have bills to pay and can’t wait this long for a response. Please be mindful of those who are applying!!!

Do NOT ever work with this company as 3rd party carrier. They have stupid policies as no other broker has and you will end up with getting paid 70% of agreed rate, no notifications and no warnings about deductions, no control, no response if you have questions. Dispatch team is the rudest we ever talked with. We LOST $90k with this company, however, we hauled all their loads perfectly, all they can say is that they have freaking policy and ask ops about any questions which never responds back.If you respect yourself and not willing to lose your money, do NOT work these scammers!!!

I have not had a good experience with this company. Very disorganized and unprofessional. I came on as a casual out of Fremont IN, with the agreement that my availability is Thursdays and Saturdays 06:00 - midnight. Those are my only available hours due to my main full time job. Went through a lot to get set up. Driver manager said he would call and offer me runs every Monday. He hasn’t done so yet and it’s been a Month. He shoots me a messages in a mass text along with a bunch of other drivers, without asking me if it’s okay to share my number. He has only offered me runs which would violate my HOS. Why bring me onboard and agree to my availability then text me loads I can’t legally take? He got short with me for responding with a question to an onboarding email, because it was a “madhouse Friday” and he didn’t have time or patience to deal with it. He consistently offers me runs at other locations which would be a 4/5 hour round trip in my own car and the company will not reimburse gas money or ware and tare for personal vehicle use. So, you can have the option to turn your 14 hour day into a 18/19 hour day and burn your own gas to do so. I spoke with HR and this is, in fact, their policy. Low integrity to ask someone to drive their own vehicle 400 miles to help out at another location and not even offer to pay for their gas. These folks haul for the US Postal service. They have the money to pay an extra $60 to send you 2/3 hours away. I’ve hauled casual for other US Postal carriers and they have no issue taking care of their drivers. If you’re looking for frustration and unprofessionalism, 10 Roads is for you. If your looking for a real trucking company, save yourself the stress, and keep truckin!

they stole over $1300 from they had me run multiple loads and i showed them in several emails something was wrong with their tracking they insured me not to worry about it it would be fine so i kept hauling then when it was time to pay they shorted me over $1300 and i tried calling to speak to a supervisor she acted childish and said we aren’t paying we aren’t paying and hung up on me PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and 90% of the good reviews they ask owner ops and drivers to write them to offset all the bad ones those good reviews are not real
