I attempted to get gas this past Wednesday morning. The cashier said their system was having issues, so after 4 failed attempts I couldn't get gas. Forty minutes later, I see a charge on my card from the 7-11. I never got gas ⛽️ ? I've tried twice to get reimbursed, but my issue was not corrected. I won't be using this location any further.

hey it was 7/11 day and the slurpee's were plentiful, sometimes certain flavors are down but i'm grateful for the free slurpee.

Use their gas station if you WANT your credit card to be stolen. Mine was stolen there after purchasing gas at the pump, and whoever stole it used it there too a couple days later. I'd like to know how someone manually inputs a credit card number to pay, no idea but they were able to do there. No way to call this gas station, non-working phone number. Sounds like a fax machine. Stay away from this place.

Best slurpees in the Midwest. No other 7-Elevens in the nation can compete with these perfect consistency slurpees. Perfect temperature, tingles the back of my throats and arouses me a little. Came all the way from Chicago to experience these slurpees. Drive was well worth it. These beautiful employees deserve the world for having great hospitality. Everything about this 7-eleven just screams home, at least at felt at home.

In the morning time it's a very rude African lady that works there I would like to speak to who ever is over this store about a very sick issue that should never happen in any store to a customer.

This is a nice clean store but anyway I bought 200 dollars in scratch outs when it comes to crashing in they refused to cash in my lottery tickets the cashier will only do 1card . And said that's the rules ???.

If you want your credit card stolen, use this gas station. I got gas there, it was the only charge I made on that card, started getting charges all over the place including that gas station again. Stay away. Tried to call them with the phone number listed online, sounded like a fax machine, no way to call them.

Please I say please do not shop at the location. I'm all about small business in the neighborhood but let's stop shopping at this 7 eleven on 183rd and kedzie. Lets get a neighborhood store there that is for the community that respects there customers this location everytime I go there someone is arguing with the workers there and now I seen on my own that the problem is this store they can care less about the customers, There very rude and it's sad how they just did a old lady in there that could been your mom so this is my breaking point. I will never go there again. I will be posting on this on different platforms so the word can get around so people will stop going there giving this store your hard earned money while u get bad service in return ...let's get a store in our community that's wants to be in our community.

I purchased 6 scratchoff tickets and did not look at them until I got home. I hoticed the bar code was scratched off. When I went back to the store the manager said nothing he can do and laughed. I hate this 7-+1. The next week I went in to get water, a guy was coming out upset and said do not buy lottery here they scratching the bar code and reselling losing tickets. I told him I know they got me last week.

Beware This 711 is selling lottery tickets with bar code scratched off. several people have complained to lottery officials. The owner is the person that is doing this, slipped one in the 6 tickets I purchased today. I hope he loose his lottery license!

Had won 20.00 on a lottery ticket. The clerk told me she could not cash it in because her boss said if they don't sell that game not to cash it in. This store has lost my business for good, I get things from there at least 4 times a week
