I attempted to consult about getting a replacement phone with two employees. They both spoke hurriedly and then hung up on me before I could ask a followup question. Yes, hung up without a goodbye. I will never do business at this location and will tell everyone who asks to go elsewhere.

Terrible service, I live right down the street and it's the only store close by. I went in to return a device after I upgraded and they told me to call 611. It's Ridiculous. The workers are lazy and won't even attempt to help resolve your problem!!! as soon as you walk in they tell you to call customer service for literally everything. I'm trying to figure out what's the point of these people in the store they don't HELP you at ALL. The Customer service is terrible. What are they getting paid for to tell you to call 611???? It's one lady in particular who is always talking rude and disrespectful to customers and walks away and tells you to call 611. Im really considering canceling phone service with them. Don't bother to visit this store save yourself a trip and just call 611. This store is a JOKE!!! I hope they close this store or hire some people who want to help it's customers.

I went to return a phone I bought offline (phone was NOT opened). I was told this can be done and this is was the EXACT store I needed to go to by:1) The rep when I called 6112) TWO different AT&T stores (one on 162nd and School street and 177 and Torrence)3) AT&T's website!!I get there and this big dark skinned dude who looked like he couldn't breathe (buddy was taking a deep breath after every 3 words) says he don't "think" they do that and I was "sent off". Then he gets this other guy who looks like a refurbished dollar store Lupe Fiasco, who says the same thing. I tell them the sources and they just dismissive and don't wanna take the phone back. So now I'm going through a return with them that another phone rep says can last 30 days from when I sent the phone back. They are going to charge me an activation fee AND the monthly fee for a device I don't have cause "it's not in their warehouse". This all would have been avoided had those two would have done their job and took the unopened phone back!! Hot garbage!!

I received a replacement phone due to the 3G network being disabled. I followed the instructions to activate the phone- no problem. Then I followed the (separate) instructions to transfer the content from the old phone to the new one.First problem: The website asked me for the type of phone the new one was- the new phone wasn't listed! IT WAS THE ONE THEY SENT ME! Second problem: I went online to chat with a human agent. I was told that I had to have both phones with me to back up the content on my desktop. When I did that, I could not get the old phone to appear on my devices page. I contacted AT&T again by chat (BTW, I'm leaving out a great deal of effort and angst!), and finally was told that I would need to bring both phones in to the AT&T store in my town. The agent scheduled an appointment for me, and I showed up a bit early.Problem Three: the manager(?) at the store told me that the old phone was too old, and they could not transfer the content (messages, call register, contact list), and I would have to MANUALLY INPUT all the contact info into the new phone- the rest was gone.AT&T made it appear that the process would be quick and easy, but built in so many hurdles and traps, without making ANY solutions possible that I (as a 32 year retiree) CANNOT recommend dealing with AT&T anymore.Avoid this company like the plague.

I wish I had taken the time to look at these reviews before I chose this location to pick up my online order. It took more than a day for them to actually process the order. When I called AT&T corporate they said it's just that they have to physically process the order but that's all it takes. So I go into the location wait for 30 minutes to see someone show them my order and they tell me yeah we have to process it. So I say I'm here, process it. He explains that it's not that simple they have to do it but then there's a process and I still have to wait so he was unwilling to do it while I was there. I left, I am going to call and cancel my order and pick it up at a different location. Update: I called and spoke with the manager and I now change it from 2 stars to 1 star.

If you're up for the urge to get robbed and don't feel like going to the city? Well, then I would suggest buying your phone here! They make the experience pleasurable when they bend you over. Seriously, it's like a shell game. Everything to get you into the newest and greatest iPhone but than when the bill comes and the equipment chargers aren't as they were quoted, I seem to have miss understood... what a joke they say one thing and hit you with another. If it wasn't such a hassle I'd dump ATT over the whole thing. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to a more honest and trustworthy location!
