I recently went to the AT&T store in Homewood to express my concerns with my internet and cellphone bills. Thanks to the patience and help from Sandy and her manager Gina, I left the store feeling much better about what I need to do to reduce my bills.

Eli was the best connectivity expert that I’ve worked with. I was highly upset when I came into the store. He was very knowledgeable, and explained the products that I was purchasing. I am a senior citizen and he was extremely patient. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Jennifer was so amazing to work with. Not only was she a delight with getting us switched over to AT&T, but she was so sweet as we all just were sharing stories and getting to know each other while we waited for our lines to transfer over. I would recommend everyone have as great of as of experience as my son and I. We wish her all the best in the future!

Gabriela was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and HELPFUL! A delight to work with. My issue was resolved in a matter of a few minutes. This AT&T store has become a terrific resource!
