“I always appreciate any business (or person) that delivers exactly what they are supposed to deliver. Wash Inn has taken care of multiple vehicles for me over the last couple years. They truly treat every one of my vehicles equally, from the luxury to my tried and true every day ride or die Camry. The details matter at this spot. I believe the prices are more than reasonable, especially considering this is a true hand wash joint. I've gotten the clay bar and wax and they also wash my car that has a ceramic coat. At this point, I've dealt with everyone there. They are all great and knowledgeable. To me, great customer service is not kissing my ass, it's delivering the product that I am paying for in a a timely and professional manner. Car washing is not rocket science...and yet, so many places don't get it right. This place consistently does. I will say, sometimes wait times can be a little lengthy (typically each car is 20-30min depending on your service and yet in 2 yrs its never taken me longer than 15min to get in the wash bay), but I assure you, you will be hard-pressed to find better anywhere in the near or far area. Weekends are expectedly busier than a weekday. Our vehicles are huge investments, this place will absolutely treat them a such.”
“I was sent a birthday wash coupon. I was greeted at the kiosk pay machine by an employee who took care of the whole process. The wash was excellent my truck came out looking so clean and shiny. Thanks Tower Car Wash for the birthday wash!”
“We were using them through an insurance claim through Allstate. Service was superb and all of our questions were answered. I didn't have a problem with the timeliness of our repair because I have dealt with the repair of this car before and it was almost a month. They let us know what was going on because unfortunately it was a little more than what the initial estimate was going to be. However they took care of everything and the car look brand new. The door had to be replaced and it looked like it had always been there. When we picked up the car the young man showed us everything that was done to it. I would definitely choose this location in Blue Island if I had to do another repair, which I hope I don't.”

“Recently I blew my Subwoofer in my vehicle. I took it in and Manny and his crew took real good care of me. It was slightly expensive but it was well worth it. My system sounds so much better and it didn't take my whole day. Manny made sure my system was tuned correctly to my liking. Manny also called me back to the shop as I was driving home to tell me I was overcharged. Friendly honest folks. So glad I decided on Audio Essence.”

“Personally, I think Hand Car Wash Pro is a little expensive, but I can't argue with the finished result. My car is nearly immaculate after their service. I like the ability to make an appt, as my time is valuable. I'm not a fan of paying for work before it's done, but in the end I appreciate their work...”

“Never any issue with this location. Been coming for years! They make sure the vacuums are clear and working and the people are wonderful. They treat you like family and remember loyal customers. Prices have gone up but membership costs the same as when originally signing up. Love the heated dry in winter to help melt off any snow and helps dry everything to near perfection.”

“They accept credit/debit cards in the self-service bays. Make sure you keep an eye on the timer and take care of your ride. The soap removes tough grime and rinses clean. I appreciate that since my car is black. The auto wash bays also do a good job.”
“Came in on a whim can left with a fantastic experience. Had just hooked to an old stained, smelly trailer and they brought it back to life. Proper heated pressure wash and a killer acid wash for the wheels, and they offer much more. Will be coming back again when I'm anywhere near Chicago”

“I went to Sparkle Express for my regular wash and to clean out my trunk. While throwing stuff out I accidentally threw my keys in the garbage! That is the WORST feeling! The 3 people on staff Nadia, Kayla and Julian were so helpful to me. We looked 2-3 times in the garbage cans without any results. Nadia said let’s help her. Julian said let’s check 1 more time , Kayla removed a box and there they were! The domino effect of them being lost would have messed up my week probably month! I must say I have the monthly wash package and have been going since it was Fullers and I never quite cared for their staff. Sparkle staff is more friendly and personable.”

“Excellent work! B&S Express hand car wash detail my entire suv and the price was so reasonable. Way better than those mobile car detailing companies with most only detail the interior. They not only detailed the whole vehicle inside and out but they did my engine as well, buffed and waxed my vehicle. $150.00! Go see my guys at B&S Hand Car Wash, they will treat you and your car better than good. Philip detailed my vehicle but I believe they are all good at what they do. Wish I had took pictures at the time they did the work. Next time!”

“My favorite car wash in the area. They have everything I need to clean my car after the wash - vac, towels and cleaning spray, mat washer, etc. Nader is the best! Had a small issue that he took care of for me without hesitation. Staff is always friendly and available.”

Personnel was great at the drive up, I received the ultimate wash with ceramic. wash was incredible and the logo on the windshield was amazing. “We take both our cars to this wash and we are more than satisfied about the results. The price is favorable, you may have a bit of a wait depending on when you go. However, this one of the best spots. Seating is a little small, but you’re getting a car wash not a hotel room. Read a book, leave a tip please. The people work hard and as such, give them a tip! “I had originally posted a not so good review cause I was not happy especially when I found out my trailer wasn’t washed out but instead of leaving another bad review I decided to call the manager and I have to say that they went above and beyond to fix the issue and they fixed it very fast and were completely sorry that it happened I will definitely be using them again because they actually do care about the customer all I have to say is call them and they will take care of the problem”

“i always come for the special days, it’s always a line, spend maybe 45mins - an hour here, come every other week, the workers are good, the cleanliness of my car 7.5/10 it’s rushed yes fast paced not auto detailing but good car wash inside and out my car is always shining from the full service wax even after a while since having the wash. the inside of my car isn’t as clean as it could be i agree but also i’m not paying for detailing so it’s good the inside my not be as detailed as you want but if you aren’t paying for the detailing don’t expect a detailed job you know what im saying its good for what it is, this is fine for me i guess it depends on your cars cleanliness”
“The lines weren't to long They have that you can wash your car yourself or go through the automatic car wash. I went through the automatic. It got the car quite clean. Of course you have to hand dry the window after going through. They also have free vacuuming. The machines are powerful and they pick up all the dirt. The staff is friendly. I thought they could smile a little bit more but I guess it's not necessary to get your car clean. Buy the pass for 25 bucks, you get five washes anytime you want. It's like getting one free if you paid for five individual car washes. So one free is pretty cool. It's a nice little car wash and very organized”
