Horrible customer service, Had my doctor send in a refill and they gave me the wrong medication. I showed them the mistake and they said that's what the doctor sent and I showed them the doctor prescription and they wouldn't admit to the mistake they made, stay away from this cvs

There is no one that works at this pharmacy with a sense of urgency. Every time I come in the line is down the aisle. There is always one person working.

I was diagnosed with Covid and went directly to CVS Pharmacy in Homewood for my medication. The manager refused to expedite my order which I never asked him to. I understand that they were busy and I came back twice with zero help. How insensitive and careless. I had to spend one day without medication. I am suppose to be in quarantine.

By far the best cvs pharmacy around. They’re definitely the fastest to fill your prescriptions and they always try to help you when there’s an issue with your insurance or with the prescription. Excellent customer service which is why I’ve been filling my prescriptions there for years.

The staff are so bad that I finally switched pharmacies. They have breached privacy too many times by yelling out RX and patient information. The last time I raised this the woman didn't care. She rolled her eyes and refused to look for options for my meds.The text system was usually wrong as well. I had to wait after getting pick up confirmations.I would give this place negative stars if possible.

Zero if I could. Horrible customer service I can't tell who the pharmacist is all three women are incredibly unprofessional (always on their phones) let me just say I hate that my insurance only lets me go to CVS. Sometimes I have to call my prescription in sometimes I don't you never know with these guys. To top it all off The big lady is extremely threatening in her demeanor like she's ready to fight you bc you complain about their poor customer service sad thing is I think she might be the pharmacist. Also I never get asked my phone number fill what 10 prescriptions get $5 target gift card.,.,have not been once asked.

The pharmacist was far more interested in keeping her seat over maintaining my privacy. I was forced to yell my question to her only to receive the response if it makes your stomach hurt stop taking it. I decided to go over to Osco and speak with their pharmacist for a far better response and level of professionalism. Do better young lady - people are depending on your knowledge. (3/10/20 at 5 pm Homewood Target CVS pharmacist)

The pharmacy staff over the last two months has gone from great to terrible. Scripts are NEVER filled on time. They say they are under staffed but always 5 or more people working. What does it take.
