Do not bring your vehicle here. It’s a bunch of scam artist trying to make money off people by telling them that they need all types of stuff done to their car when they don’t actually own an autobody and mechanic shop at my shop. We just don’t do alignments so my personal vehicle Because I have a lifetime on alignment and this is the fourth time they have told me they are not able to do the alignment because I need more parts more parts than what they told me the last time and my thing is I feel like they for one don’t want to do the wheel alignment because I have a lifetime of alignment I’m pretty much not paying for every time I come the guy Brandon is very unprofessional every time I come he’s telling me I need more parts than what he’s told me the last time and then when I go and fix my car or change parts I know I don’t need to meet satisfaction just to get a simple alignment. He’s telling me I need more parts every time I come back , yesterday I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM and they had my car for the entire day and they did not pull it in to do the wheel alignment . Now today I had to call them because they still didn’t pull the car in and Brandon asked me about my brakes which has nothing to do with the wheel alignment and told me because of that he can’t do the alignment after having my car for two days originally telling me he’ll only need it for a couple of hours. This is sad because when I take my car to Firestone in midlothian they are in and out and take great care of my car . Again don’t bring your car here especially don’t deal with Brandon

When the Firestone on June 11th got an oil change got my signal bulbs replace and a fuel system cleaning when I brought my car there my check engine light was not on now they want to charge me a price too see why the light is on the check engine light is on and want me to pay again I'm very disappointed I'm unhappy and I'm pissed.

terrible service, tried to get an appointment for a tire repair; make the appointment on line and when I arrived on site they said they called me left a message and sent an email informing me they didn't have an opening funny I have no missed calls or email. The associate didn't try to reschedule. I called the store today spoke to the manager and he said didn't have an appointment until next week. I asked do I need to wait until next week to purchase a set of tires he got quiet. This is the 4th incident with this Firestone. I will take my business elsewhere.

Do not ! I repeat do not bring your vehicle here for any sort of service. Made an appointment on a Thursday to drop a vehicle off for an oil change and front brake job on Friday so that they would have two and a half days to do a maximum of 4 hours of work . Firestone called Sunday 15 minutes before for close to let me know they were unable to complete scheduled work.

Finds every excuse to not service your vehicle, first time I went in for a simple inspection. 6 and a half hours later. The inspection was never completed so I took it elsewhere then tried again with them by going in today for a wheel alignment just for them to say they couldn’t do it because a screw was loose on my car and told me they want $1000 for the screw…. I received fantastic service from the technicians and staff at this Firestone facility. I would highly recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care in Homewood to anyone needing quick and reliable automobile repairs. When I have a problem with my SUV in the future, this is where I will be going!

Nice gentleman happy Grand counter however they're two doggone High with a pricing they were higher than the dealership for what I needed but I must say the place was nice and clean

The Homewood Firestone has proven to be a friendly place. The manager Brandon is very knowledgeable and the mechanic Ron is the most trustworthy and professional mechanic I have ever had work on my vehicles

I went in for a routine oil change I know overall inspection upon completing the inspection I was told all of the services that my car need it then I ask ed the cashier will I be able to just add it to my account and pay monthly she said yes. at no time did she bring to my attention the fact that I had a credit limit. So I told her well by all means just go ahead and complete the services and just add it to my account the services came to a total of $2,200. Come to find out after the fact that my available credit was $611. So now the work is completed now I have to come up with the rest of the money out of pocket she should have asked me all of these questions ahead of time as opposed to asking me them after the fact I believe that I was railroaded into getting services that I couldn't afford out of pocket. No longer will I be going to this particular Firestone because I think they're unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I feel that I was taken advantage of I am very upset with them.
