This merger has been horrific. The online bill pay doesn’t work half the time then I get charged late fees, the wait lines are extremely long at the bank, inside and out, and interest rates keep going up without notice. I had my card out on hold and they couldn’t figure out how to release it so I had to get a whole new one with a new number. What a pain!

This merger has been a nightmare in every way. Emails not answered - hours waiting for customer service to take call. Loved this bank before the July transition. Wonderful team at Dixie Highway but still seriously thinking about pulling all accounts after being a customer for 25 years. Old National did plenty of bragging about their origin, their multi-state affiliation, etc yet they don’t know how to properly handle a merger?! Unprecedented in all the 50 years I’ve been banking.

Used to be a great bank, First Midwest Bank, but ever since it became Old NationalBank, expect no one to answer your phone calls or answer any emails.Had a fraudulent charge of almost $10, 000 yesterday, on the phone for 29 minutes, on the FRAUD line, finally drove into the bank, still waiting on the phone. They have the best employees but the switch to Old National Bank will be me going to another bank. I have been banking there for over 30 years but the customer service via phone or email is non-existent.

Well, so far, the mobile app has lost one of my accounts, the live chat is down, and when you call, the nice robot voice tells you that no one will be available to help you. Pathetic. And when I went in to ask a question, the nice man who spoke with me had absolutely no idea if what I questioned had an answer.

They need more tellers in the drive thru. Everytime I go there is only one. I thought it would have changed after it changed to Old National. I guess I was wrong. Shame on you.

I recently re-financed my home loan and was treated poorly by the Mortgage salesperson Shauni. She was a terrible communicator and never follows through with her promises. They have inept personnel in the loan processing department and have poor communication between all concerned. I often felt like I was being scammed during the process, especially once I was on the hook. The experience was quite the opposite of my first mortgage experience which was handled through the Homewood local branch.

Don’t think about trying to get paperwork for your money back for a loan here from a loan officer or anyone for that matter.no one will ever get back in contact with you and the main number sounds like it’s from the 1800s with all that static? can’t hear anything
