Don't bother doing a Curbside pickup. You will wait a minimum of 30 minutes. I'm picking up 2 small items. This has happened to multiple times. I'll be going to Menards in the future

I went to Home Depot, on yesterday July 24th at 6:30. We saw a young man and we asked for help and Plumbing, he called for someone and no one, We saw another lady who worked there, she did not work in the area, but yet again she calls for Assistance and no one came. We waited for over 30 Trying to get Assistance, it was barely anybody on the floor, not even a manager in site. Many people that are looking for employment, Start looking at application and actually hire someone. When you have a crisis in your own home, you expect to go into Home Depot after work To get the things you need however it seems that’s too much to ask for. Home Depot, you have to do better.

I felt like a ghost I needed help cutting something and I asked about 5 different employees and everyone said the same thing that they would page someone so I ended up waiting in the aisle for about 45 minutes until I just left because that's ridiculous

Nobody in the store knew anything about plumbing, nor could they find what I was looking for on the app. A tub drain shoe and overflow tube. Basic plumbing parts to hook up a tub. Every home in America has a bathtub and these parts, yet Home Depot in Matteson has no idea what it is and they don't carry it. They could not point me to it, and couldn't find it in their app or on the shelves. The hardware store down the street has a WALL FULL of the parts I was looking for. They need to hire people with at least a little knowledge and not teenage girls who stand around and talk. They call someone to the aisle and nobody shows up. The parking lot is filthy and full of litter and carts. No greeting or have a nice day. Just cold people who don't care. Possibly the worst Home Depot I've been to.

We met with Tara on Saturday to order our shades - she was so amazing! Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, personable, and just such a kind human. She ensured we were able to get exactly what we need! We will be back to this location and looking for her for further assistance!

This used to be my Go-To place for everything but I went there yesterday and it was horrible. There were zero carts inside, they were all outside in the corrals some had beer bottles in them. I went to buy plywood and they had wedged the stack into the shelf above it so you can't get any out. The place is a mess.
