Brian is phenomenal! I’ve never felt so happy about buying a mattress. He was patient and incredibly thorough. Very informative and knowledgeable. We walked in 30 minutes before the store closed. And he never made us feel rushed. Brian allowed my daughter to take her time and really feel apart of the experience since the mattress was for her. He told me of perks I didn’t know I had back when I bought a mattress in 2020. The store was clean, quiet and professional. This is the second time shopping with mattress firm and will not be the last. Thank you again Brian for a wonderful experience!

Brian was VERY helpful!! I would definitely recommend this store on his customer service alone. I was very pleased on how he made sure I got what I needed at a reasonable price....I was working with a budget and he REALLY helped me.
