I took my car to Midas because my indicator light on the dash said that the tire pressure was low (add air). Air was added, but the light stayed on. So, I took my car to Midas because this is where I purchased all four tires. After they inspected my car, I was asked to come into the bay for an explanation. They wanted $60 to run a diagnostic to find which of the 4 tire sensors were out. The tire pressure was corrected. They then proceeded to hand me an estimate of $4,771.38 and explained that I needed new brakes, tire rods, and a long list of other stuff. Why did they do this? Because I am a woman. However, I am a woman with brothers. I left, and I will never go back. When will mechanic's learn it is better to treat women right! Because if they did, we would remain loyal customers. I shared my experience with my friends, married and single. Never take your vehicle to Midas.

I have had many issues with my car. One issue particular kept popping up on my dashboard…coolant issue and engine overheating which is very scary. I called Midas because their oil changes were cheap with the coupon.They took my car in 5 min and ran a diagnostic test. They found the issue and I can now move forward.
I especially want to thank ALEX for explaining things to me and his amazing professional customer service with me! He truly will do anything to help you out and save some money! I will definitely be using them for my future routine maintenance on my car. Thank you so much Midas! Megan

This was my first time visiting the Homewood location and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Felix, the assistant manager, was the sweetest thing and extremely helpful. He thoroughly explained what my car needed and what my options were. Everyone was just as helpful and kind. Great experience, great employees. Will be coming back.

UPDATE: "Alex" has poor communication skills. Terrible representation of being the manager of the business. Me asking one question resulted in him being defensive and unprofessional. Also want to mention that apparently Alex does not do well with multitasking. He shared (in a rude way) that he was busy yesterday when I called to make the appointment and forgot to put the appointment in (yet, he had my information up in the computer and failed to just add the appointment while in there like he said he did when we were on the phone). My strongest recommendation would be to promote Felix as the manager. Felix has better communication and managerial skills by far.
From the time I walked in the establishment, I received nothing but awesome professionalism. Felix was helpful and processed everything very quickly. Service was quick as well.

I love that I was greeted once I opened the door Billy was a joy to work with He help with the process it was my first time getting a oil change we found out what kind of it takes and how many courts of it take . I will come for now your staff was wonderful to work with . Ein was the guy that worked on the car he was very nice let me no everything I needed to know about my car

The staff at this location were extremely helpful. Wasn’t sure or not if I had an oil leak and they got the car up on the lift immediately to check for any leaks. The good news, no leaks and when I offered to pay for their time to inspect, they said no need just come back if you need any repairs done. Very friendly workers, from front desk, to asst manager, to the mechanic.
