“I’ve had some issues with suspension in my Audi. My car spent there 4 days but those guys fixed any problem I’ve had and found some more that other shops did not (they stated it’s ok). Prices were reasonable , every repair was consulted with me beforehand. Very good communication with the shop. They recommended additional service and did bot try to upsell me when declined.”

“I came into this location on 7/11 because it was in the area of a previous appointment i had and they had great reviews. When I arrived I only had to wait about 15 mins (which the young lady told me it would be a short wait). I got serviced for an oil change and I also purchased wiper blades. The service was good and I went to pay. The problem came when I swiped the wrong debit card to make a payment. I advised the lady that helped me checkout that I wanted to use a different card and swiped the correct card for the full amount of the change plus wipers which went through fine. I was given a receipt for that but then the lady said that the computer still showed I owed. Come to find out the first time I swiped (the wrong card) a part of the payment actually came out. It wasn’t clear when I swiped the 2nd card because again , it charged that card for the full amount. The lady who worked on my car ( my assumption is she was also a manager) came in and pointed out that the charge actually was reversed back to my card. I still saw the pending transaction in my account but I figured it would probably take a while to show the reversal. I also had to rush back to work as i don’t work nor live in the area. its now the 16th and i checked my account again and it still doesn’t show a reversal of the charge. I attempted to call the location to speak w management to let them know I basically was over charged (the first swipe took a portion and the second swipe took the full amount.) but the phone system is completely automated. I tried a couple different ways to get connected to the location to speak w someone but it didn’t work. Not sure how to get in touch with them to possibly get a resolve. The service and speed at this location is good i just would have liked to be able to speak with someone via phone about this specific issue.”
“Excellent service. Very quick and helpful! Brought our second vehicle in for an oil change yesterday. The attendant helping asked if I had a coupon, and sadly I did not. He said, "Don't worry. I'll apply a coupon code for you anyways." Every little bit helps.”
“This place is always consistent with being courteous, giving professional service and with minimum wait time. I started coming here after another well known oil change place didn't reconnect the vacuum hose and was uninterested and unapologetic about the issue. I've never had any problems with the 2 locations I've used. Highly recommend.”
