Old Navy was a hit per usual, my daughter has to wear khakis as a part of her school uniform and we bought them from old navy this year. They fit perfectly.

Saturday evening, 3 people ‘working’ behind the counter. The guy was ringing up customers while the two girls chatted about a party they were having. I requested assistance right by the counter and one of the young ladies acted as if I was disturbing her! Instead of asking if she could look up the items I was looking for she told me to update my app so that I could scan the items. I asked if she could help, she looked it up and told me to order on line, with ann a nasty attitude! Old Navy staff used to assist customers. Then all 3 left the counter and went whispering in the corner and customers were waiting to be rung up. Young people today do not understand customer service. Since I left the store I have to pay shipping for my order. I will not be back to this store. I’m an RN and I hope none of these people experience that type of service when they are needed of healthcare

If you’re black and just wanting to shop around, don’t come here, they’ll call the cops on you. Came here just to look around and I guess I was touching too much lol. 2 minutes later cop cars pull up in the front and continues to make eye contact with me. They moved every time I moved. Even the manager (I think) kept walking past me. They made it so obvious. I caught on to what was happening and just decided to leave, not spending my money here. Guess what happens, the cops rush out right after me ? so you know what, this old navy AND Homewood will never see my face again. Thanks for making me feel uncomfortable.

Attempted to make an exchange for my daughter due to a sizing error when I ordered her jeans. Store manager Ashley was extremely rude and refused to allow me to do an even swap for the jeans.

Their clothing just seems to have gone downhill. They just don't have a good selection anymore which is very sad because I used to be a huge Old Navy fan

Great selection of clothing. Very nicely organized and clean. Fitting rooms were clean and easy to access.I didn't have the best experience because I brought my toddler and when I came in there were no bags or carts to help me carry my items and no associates approached me to help. Normally I'm okay with no associates approaching but it would've really helped this time. On my way out I did see carts so they must have been in use or not out when I came in Saturday evening.
