Be patient: They're clearly a small store, and they don't have a massive amount of staff.I had a wonderful experience with this location! I was seen fairly on time (I think they were about ten minutes behind, which isn't egregious in my book), and the eye doctor I saw was lovely. She took the time to really make sure she got an accurate prescription for me, and was patient and understanding when I asked her to repeat things or go back and let me see "One? Or Two?" again.The staff were courteous, if a bit rushed. I could tell they had lots to do, but they still took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and to help me understand the next steps after my appointment.Long story short, it's a shame I'm moving out of state this year, because I'd definitely go back to this location. Kind doctors and courteous staff are the biggest things I look for in a healthcare provider, and they definitely provided.

Replace the ignorant receptionists and this location would be decent. Gonna travel to a farther PV to look for better customer service.

The initial visit was good however, I had to return the glasses for warranty repair and it took almost six weeks for me to get my glasses back. I called after 2 1/2 weeks and was told that they had the lenses and were waiting on the frame. I called two weeks after that and was told that they had the frame, but was waiting on the lenses. It didn’t that long when I initially purchased the glasses. So I really don’t know why it took so long to have them replaced. Also one of the women who works there had a very bad attitude when I went to pick them up and for me the different answers about why it was taking so long and the attitude adds up to poor customer service and me never going back.

My exam went well, I just wish they would get new styles of Oakley frames in. They have a good amount of the thick plastic frames, but limited versions of the thin metal Oakley frames. I believe the frames I had to select are the same frames that were offered 3 or 4 years ago. If I didn't need them asap I would've waited and taken my prescription to another store. Hopefully they will have new designs, or styles next year.

Worst Eye doctor experience and it’s very unfortunate because the doctor was great but the customer service of the receptionist with the dreads and her lackeys are terrible very rude and has 0 patience for customers and because of this she ordered my contacts wrong I WILL NOT BE BACK AND YOU SHOULDNT EVEN GO!

Customer Service Not That Great. The exam was great, no complaints on that. But the receptionist or eye glass consultant…whoever she was, was the WORST. African American lady w/ dread locks. Just rude & had an attitude. This isn’t my first encounter w/ her, so either she was having a bad day every time I went up there…or she just always had this attitude issue. Ned to work on that lady.

Had to go three times for my glasses to be corrected and they still are not right. Now I have to pay for another pair from somewhere else

The Pearle Vision in Homewood is absolutely amazing!! The staff is very professional and courteous. My family and I have been going there for 4 years and the main reason we come back is because Alicia. She is the ultimate professional and very patient EVERY time I’m there!

The staff greeting was very professional and courteous. There was very little wait time to see the doctor. I believe with the pandemic lifting a bit their services were just right for me.

Dr. Amy was very professional. That’s the only reason why I’ll give this establishment 3 stars. Other staff at this location need some customer service training.

I had a regular eye exam appointment at 2:30 and I was 8 minutes late and they whispered that the doctor also had another appointment @3pm. And then proceeded to tell me that I had to reschedule. They could have called to let me know that. And 8 minutes isn’t much of a difference than a 5 minute grace period when I will still have to wait on the doctor regardless. Smh 3 women workers in there and the doctor I’m highly disappointed in the half @ss service.Are usually go to the one in Orland Park but I figured let me try this one out but no never again DO NOT GO HERE!
